Chapter 10 - 3 Days

In the following three days, Blaine bought some instant meals and cooked food, stayed indoors, and continuously familiarized himself with his own power and the ability of absolute accuracy.

In just three days, Blaine had already practiced with a brand-new bow until it was practically scrapped.

In order to take down Tony Stark, he had made thorough preparations to ensure absolute success.

He wasn't joking around.

At this point, Tony was not yet the future Iron Man — he was just a genius, billionaire, philanthropist and a Playboy. Why couldn't he be taken down?

Blaine had no intention of being like those cringy protagonists who kept flattering Tony. Wasn't money way more attractive than Tony Stark?

Money was everything. He didn't care about whether he would "break the plot."

Even if he did break it, so what? One less Iron Man, one more him — he didn't believe that, with the system on his side, he would be any worse than Iron Man.

The Earth would be guarded by him instead! (TN: Bullshit!!!)

With that ten million, he could easily smack around Thanos with one hand — believe it or not!

On the night of the third day, Blaine once again put on his Hunter suit.

But compared to his awkwardness and inexperience three days ago, Blaine's mastery over the Hunter Set had improved by leaps and bounds.

During these three days, not only did he become proficient in controlling his own strength and ability, but he also spent time getting used to and mastering the power boost provided by the Hunter suit.

During this time, Blaine also developed a basic understanding of the Hunter suit.

Wearing the Hunter suit and taking it off made him feel like two completely different people.

And the Hunter suit was one of his major sources of confidence in hunting down Tony.

This time, compared to the first visit, Blaine found his way to the underground trading site with ease.

Along the way, he even imitated his good neighbor Spider-Man by practicing parkour on the roadside, always taking the fastest shortcuts.

As a result, Blaine quickly arrived at the underground trading site.

Just like last time, he didn't waste any time and went straight to retrieve his custom bow.

The person in charge was fairly reliable. When he saw Blaine, he promptly handed over the custom bow.

The bow looked very cool — it was somewhat like a recurve bow, but not exactly.

As for what specific materials were used to make it, Blaine had no idea.

He wasn't knowledgeable in that area.

But if he wanted to confirm whether the bow suited him, there was one way to find out.

Blaine glanced at the beaming person in charge, grabbed the bowstring, and gave it a strong pull.

Under his immense strength, the bow was fully drawn.

The person in charge was instantly stunned.

The smile crammed onto his face froze.

Damn!

Others might not know, but how could he not?

This bow was made with the most durable and powerful materials available outside of classified military-grade options.

Normally, drawing this bow would require enormous strength — at least hundreds of pounds.

Was this guy a monster or something?

The person in charge's mouth twitched.

Ignoring the shock in the man's heart, Blaine was very satisfied with the bow.

Even though he hadn't used his full strength, he had used about 40 to 50 percent of it. With the Hunter suit's boost, very few bows could withstand his power.

Moreover, the bow's toughness and elasticity were excellent — a perfect match for him.

At least it showed that the craftsman had put real effort into the job.

Blaine nodded.

After snapping out of his initial shock, the person in charge arranged additional items for him.

After all, two hundred thousand dollars wasn't just for making one bow.

A bow needs arrows — otherwise, it's just a giant slingshot, and a pretty bad one at that.

The craftsman had made 120 specially crafted arrows for Blaine, enough to fill several quivers.

These special arrows were far sharper and sturdier than the ones sold outside — they were made for real combat.

Blaine was very satisfied.

The two hundred thousand dollars was well spent.

Basically, the quality was excellent, completely consistent with the description, extremely satisfying, exceeded expectations, very fast delivery, carefully and securely packed, excellent service attitude from the logistics company, and rapid transportation — an all-around great shopping experience.

After packing everything up, Blaine left.

He decided to bring all the arrows with him.

That wasn't troublesome, since the system had given him a dedicated Hunter space. Although it wasn't as big as the hundreds-of-cubic-meters spaces in some novels, it was more than enough to store the Hunter suit, bow, and arrows.

In addition to that, Blaine also prepared several throwing knives, which he stored in the Hunter space as a backup.
