April 1, 1980. James waited for a week before he used the gold card from the system. First, he asked his parents that he would go sightseeing around Aberdeen in the morning and took his butler and driver out. With the butler in tow, his parents were not worried about anything because the butler has been trained and been with their son for years now.
After they left their gated mansion, the butler / driver drove him around and asked to stop at a diner with less customers. Upon entering, he and his butler / driver were welcomed by a woman in her 20s, and when they sat, the same woman asked their orders. His butler ordered a black coffee without sugar, while he ordered an orange juice.
Checking around, he found the bathroom and told his butler / driver to wait as he would be peeing. The butler nodded so he walked to the bathroom and entered after.
Inside the bathroom, he quickly pulled out the gold card from his pocket and mentally said 'Activate'.
The gold card quickly faded into existence and then the system talked in his mind again.

'Wow, this guy is awesome! Wait… how will I meet this person? Will he come to me personally or just appear to my front that fast?'
The system did not respond.
'Sigh, whatever! I will trust the system for now.'
He exited the bathroom and went back to his seat. The coffee and orange juice were already served, he sipped the orange juice from the glass and just stared around the diner. He still could not find Joseph Kennedy Sr. and he was getting anxious.
'Is the system a scam?'
But a few moments later, a man in his 20s entered the diner and was also greeted by the same woman before. The young man just looked around and when his gaze stopped at James' location, he smiled and just told the woman that he was being expected by someone, and he found them. The woman then nodded and smiled, she asked if he would like a drink, and to which he asked for a black coffee with no sugar and milk.
Joseph Kennedy Sr then walked toward James' seat. He stopped at their table and looked at the butler / driver, and introduced himself.
"Hello good sir, I am Joseph Kennedy, a manager and I have an appointment with this young sir opposite of you, would it be alright if I can discuss with him? Oh, do not worry, you can listen to our conversation for safety's sake. Sir?" Joseph said politely.
The butler was surprised but did not show it in his facial expression and just moved from his seat and invited Joseph to sit beside him.
Joseph smiled and sat on the empty seat.
He looked at James and then discussed the things "they talked about before". As for James, he nodded and told him "Indeed, and are you available? Are you down for the position I offered?".
The butler was just there listening but deep inside he was shocked. 'The young master has been talking to this young man for a deal? Since when?'
'Oh wait, there is a phone in their home so that was it. No wonder. He truly is a genius kid. But I have to report this to his parents later.'
As the conversation flowed over coffees and juice, Both James and Joseph shook hands, Joseph will visit with a lawyer soon to finalize the contract as well as getting the budget to establish the "Business" that they will be doing. Of course, James' parents will be witnessing this as he was still just a child.
Joseph said he will be visiting James' home by tomorrow with a lawyer to sign the contracts and get the necessary funds to start registering the business, renting an office and finding staff.

James and his butler / driver arrived back home after that meeting with Joseph Kennedy Sr.
James, went back to his room and pulled out the business proposal he had typed written in a typewriter and re-read the whole thing so that he will not miss a thing when he presents this to his father later.

The butler / driver of James, after separating with James, went to the madame of the house and told her the things that had happened during their excursion outside. When James' mother heard the exact details, she was shocked!
'Is this the level my baby has reached already? Creating a company of his own? How did he find someone to manage his "company" that easily? Was he being scammed by someone? But… that person said he would be visiting our home tomorrow with a lawyer to discuss this, maybe I should have a serious discussion with my husband about this.'

Later that day, dinner arrived and James, his dad, and mom were sitting at the dining table and eating their dinner. The gaze that both his parents made towards him made him quite curious, but he already knew what it was about.
'Well, they should have known already since my butler / driver told them about my meeting with Joseph Kennedy Sr earlier today. So this would be quite an easy pitch.'
He and his parents finished eating and then transitioned to their living room. Both of his parents were sitting at the opposite side of him, with thin stacked papers on his side, he stood up from this seat and turned his expression serious but with an aura of confidence.
"Well.. it seems you both already know, right? Dad? Mom?"
"Uhuh? We knew, so what will it be? You looked ready to tell us in detail, right son?" His father said with seriousness.
He nodded and gave a copy of his business proposal to his father. Upon picking up the thin stack of papers, his father and mother saw the title of the first page, "Sub Pop Inc. Project Proposal".
They looked at James to tell them what it was about.
"As you can see, the title of my proposal is called "Sub Pop Inc." to which it will be the exact name of the music independent label that I will be establishing. Please turn to the next page please?"
His father and mother nodded and turned to the next page of the proposal. They saw the paragraphs and what type of ambition their son had!
The first few pages confirmed their suspicion! Their son is targeting a very niche genre of music that has yet to bloom in any states in the United States of America!
As per James' proposal, he would scout for profitable new artists and make them songs that will cater to the mood that Washington needs, the rawness of this new sound will appeal to the larger audience of young and teens! And possibly make the label become the father and creator of this genre.
Apart from the paper proposal, James placed a cassette tape player and played one of his "written" songs called "Flower".
It started with a guitar riff. And after a few riffs, he started singing the lyrics starting with the chorus.

Then started the first verse.
"All of seventeen"
"Eyes a purple green"
"Treated like a queen"
"She was on borrowed self-esteem"
The guitar riffs flowed along with his vocals. It was quite the raw demo version so it was quite raunchy but his voice was clear so the lyrics were understandable.
He went to the next verse.
"She would do her dance"
"A painful masquerade"
"Spinning you into her web"
"Along her vain parade"
The third verse.
"In her uniform"
"Of studded brass and steel"
"Kissing napkin lipstick stains"
"And smearing sincerity"
Then went to the chorus.
"Along her vain parade"
"Along her veins"
The guitar slowed down and his voice when low-toned.
Then he used his bass strings to simulate the bass lines then transitioned to the guitar riffs. After that, he screamed a bit. Then he sang the short bridge.
"Along her veins…!"
With guitar riffs that followed, he sang the last verse of the song.
"Time crept up on her"
"She's in early gray"
"Her reflection looks concerned"
"And flowers hit her grave"
Then with a few lines of guitar riffs, the cassette tape finished playing.
