It took about a few minutes before I use my Vines to hang the large wooden board and the center of the academy square. And it seems the young man was smart enough to bring two additional wooden boards as we hang them up I started writing the academy structure.
"The academy will be divided in the three separate grades. The first grade which is for newly enrolled students up until there second soul ring. Then the second grade which will start at the third soul ring to the fourth soul ring. And finally 3rd grade which will end once you obtain your fifth soul ring."
I stopped and looked behind me as I noticed there was some people from the spirit Hall taking notes who apparently just arrived a shrug and went back. Two drawing out the structure.
"Next we have the rankings among students you have the beginner ranking which will be for the first grade. And depending on your ranking within your grade you'll have a different uniform standard students will have gray uniforms. And our school's emblem on their shoulder made of copper. Next we have white uniforms which are for those within the top 50 of their grade they will have the emblem made of silver. Now we have the black uniforms which are only worn by those in the top five in their grade and the emblem on their shoulder will still be made of silver. With the exclusion of the top student who will wear a gold patterned uniform. Predominantly black and gold. And the emblem they have will be on their back and it will be depicted in gold. Signifying their status as a top student in their grade."
I said this calmly after all competition will motivate the students to strive for more. And I look behind I saw the stunned eyes of everyone listening my three little students the spirit Hall members who most likely learned I'll be doing the academy structure today.
"Inch ranking has their own benefits for the average student they will obtain the same amount of resources as everyone. Those that are in the top 50 where was Steve additional resources and be able to attained enough merit points to ask for personal guidance from one of the staff within their grade. Those in the top five will have approximately three times the resources everyone else well also being able to ask a teacher for personal instructions. The top number one student and their grade can ask me for personal guidance. And receive many bonuses and resources which will be twice the amount of the top five."
After a few moments of thinking I decided to add on.
"Though I will help all students it's just the ones who are top of their grade will get more priority simply because they have put in all the work and not just rely on talent."
I turn my head to see if anyone has a question and I saw one of the spirit Hall members raised their hand I nodded my head towards them then they spoke.
"Will be the difference between the number one student's guidance from you and the other students?"
I'm on my head as I put a small smile on my face.
"Good question the difference is simple where other students will get advice and guidance from me then top one of the green will have a personally designed plan for their cultivation what soul beings they will be getting for their Spirit rings the exact age. And finally they will obtain the right to lead a team and the Soul fighting arena to gain combat experience. And learn how to be a proper leader."
Hear my words and I can tell everyone was shock but also couldn't help but be intrigued by the benefits of being number one the next person to raise their hand was chichi.
"Teacher how does one become the number one student of their grade?."
I smiled nodding my head and I spoke seriously.
"That is quite simple you can't just be the best in the grave you have to be the most hard-working and most gracious. The factors in deciding who is the top student of a grade are these factors one how kind and helpful are they to their fellow students. Is this criteria is meant to teach those who would want to be the top student that to be the best is to lead others and a leader must help their people. The next criteria is strength without the strength to protect your comrades you cannot protect anyone you care about without enough of it. And finally the last criteria grades a leader such as the top student has to be intelligent smart when it comes to strategy with their team and know when to escape or surrender when a fight is out of your league."
Upon hearing my words they all seem shocked at the criteria to become the top student of the grade it seems less like training students but creating future factions but no one was willing to say such words at least none of the adults.
"Only the top student has these criterias with enough strength you can enter the top five but if you want to snatch the top spot you have to pass those criteria. A leader does not just need to be smart they must be strong and they must be kind that is the embodiment of the top student I hope to cultivate someone who will lead by example."
I saw all of them seem to look in all at my words I know it in my head as I turn back to the board.
"Now the last bit of the structure of the academy is the teachers there will be three teachers for each path of cultivation for soul Masters the only three attack specialist teachers and each one will be assigned to the three grades. So they made a part their wisdom techniques or whatever they may wish to the students. I'll be the teacher for both the control and body types across all three grades."
With that last bit of structure I then proceed to copy it on the other two boards as I arranged them to be in a triangle so no matter which direction you were coming from you will see the school structure. This will help new students understand the hierarchy and for people scouting out the academy as potential place to send their younger generation to learn. With that I nodded in my head and turned around to look at them with a smile.
"And that's the structure of the academy. Any more questions before I go back to cultivate?"
I saw what I could tell the strongest member of the spirit Hall members step forward and spoke.
"Would you like us to publicize the structure of your academy when we post the notice for student recruitment?"
I'm nod in my head at him as all of them seem to leave as I was left with old Wong and my three students. I smiled at them as I look at the three students I began speaking.
"Tell me how much progress have you made with shave?"
Chichi and bi sway seem to look away and embarrassment clearly they haven't mastered it yet but Bayle grin with triumph spoke.
"I've mastered teacher."
Backwards and eyebrow I am as I saw him perform shave without spirit power truly this little fella is a prodigy.
"All right then you're going to need your two Junior sisters help with this next one the iron block."
*i grin as I could practically see him flinch after hearing that confirming my suspicions that he is a reincarnated person or a transmigrator either way I didn't particularly care.
"You are too hard in your body like steel by cleansing all your muscles to defend against attacks. Now you're too Junior sisters will grab sticks preferably thick ones and they begin hitting you you are to keep going until your body is as hard as iron where you take zero damage from the hits now get moving."
I saw him grumbling as Chichi and bi sway green at each other before they ran off to a tree nearby to grab two fallen sticks and chase after Bayle they give the poor boy a good beating. I chuckled at their shenanigans. As I looked at Old Wong who is the only person left.
"What's up?"
I asked bluntly old Wong spoke up after running his fingers through his beard.
"I've got some letters from villages around our own wanted to ask about your academy once they heard about it being based near our village. They want to know is there tuition."
I rub my chin as I know my head at that statement.
"There is but it ain't that expensive for the first grades through tuition it'll be about 30 copper coins not too expensive for anyone of commodore background."
Hearing this I saw him give me a smile seeming like he's believing I'm lowering the price just for those of commoner background. I shrug non-committedly after all that's exactly what I was doing. After all I was a commoner myself so I had to help out my fellows even it means I cut a smaller profit hell most of this academy's expenses will just be the uniforms. Since moonlit village will be covering all the food. So I really don't have to worry about much At least not about money.
