Chapter 3 - CHAPTER THREE :

HINTS

Friendship could be related to ocean and streams, where everything flows plainly without hidden tussles. But what about relationships like the sea and lakes – quiet yet mysterious? What category can we assign to the friendship between the lion and the hunter?

The hunter kept asking about the great Leo in every conversation, which was unusual for the lion. Sometimes the hunter's questions were laced with a coercive tone that angered the lion. Furiously, the lion would reply, "And what do you want from the great Leo?" It was like the days of Samson and Delilah, but the lion was oblivious to the hunter's deceptive trap.

The hunter would try to discuss the great Leo further, keeping a close eye on the lion's statements, but the lion would shun him off. To maintain their friendship, the hunter often protected his image as trustworthy, especially when the lion doubted him.

Various animals would secretly approach the hunter, asking if he had discovered the great Leo's whereabouts. The hunter would tell them that the plan had fallen through. The animals would say, "Our hopes are on you," and continued to place their trust in him.

Finally, a day came when the prides' secret was unveiled. "The great Leo has been discovered!" the young parrot exclaimed at the animals' secret meeting. However, one thing was questionable – the absence of the hunter. "Where is he?" the tiger asked.

The animals were supposed to be united against the imperialist prides, but hostility had brought them lower. Another question arose that almost caused a misunderstanding among them. "How did you, with your flappy mouth, know the great Leo's secret?" the witty panther asked.

The question was intriguing, and the parrot replied with a heavy dose of insults, leading to a misunderstanding that was eventually resolved by the cunning tortoise. Just as the situation was becoming tense, the hunter arrived. "He told me," the hunter said with excitement.

The angry parrot turned to face the other animals, casting a furious glance at the seated panther. "I told you the secret is found, not until one nuisance made a devastating reply," he said. The panther arose furiously, "So I'm a nuisance?" – facing the poor, elegant parrot.

Other animals called for decorum, and a perfect silence was maintained, but the monkey broke it. "And what have you discovered?" he asked. The question snapped the hunter back to reality. "He didn't tell me much," he started. "The lion said the great Leo lives in a wild forest," he said uncertainly.

The curious antelope asked, "Where's the wild forest?" – a rhetorical question, as everyone knew the wild forest was located at the ends of the kingdom. His question was met with silence, and the hunter continued, "If we want to meet their little father, we need to come with friends and family so he can protect us all without anyone left out."

The animals were overjoyed, having decided on a day to meet the little father and secure their freedom from the prides' domination. Other animals requested more information, but the hunter stated that those were the only hints he got from the prides.
