"It's my turn now!"
Abel smirked. Taking a beating was not his style. As soon as he spoke, his entire right arm turned a reddish-orange, emitting steam, and he threw a punch.
High-Heat Steel Fist!!!
Bang!
The speed of Abel's punch was incredible, and he managed to strike first, hitting Instructor Riley. The punch, full of immense heat and power, sent Riley flying backward, where he also crashed into and destroyed the fountain in the center of the courtyard.
Boom!
Riley slammed into the estate's outer wall. The immense force shook the entire wall, and his body was half-embedded into it, nearly breaking through the half-meter-thick stone.
"Cough, cough…"
Riley coughed up blood. His suit was in tatters, revealing a scorched chest.
Gulp.
The agents present couldn't help but swallow hard as they watched Abel's preemptive strike.
"Yoyoi! What a monster! Instructor Riley was knocked back with a single punch!"
"Chapapapa! A commander-level executive of the Chris Pirates is a famous pirate in the New World. This is beyond the scope of our mission."
"I told you we shouldn't mess with the Chris Pirates. They're all monsters."
Suddenly, three strange figures appeared in the courtyard. One was a large man with white hair that touched the ground and a face covered in thick white foundation. Another was round-headed and had a zipper on his mouth. The third was a skinny man in a black jacket with a long, pointy mustache.
"Hm?"
Abel raised an eyebrow, looking at the three newcomers but paying them no mind. He could sense their strength, which was second only to Instructor Riley's, but he wasn't worried.
"Cough, cough… Jabra, Kumadori, Fukuro, what are you doing? Hurry up and get in here!" Riley propped himself up against the wall and shouted at the three new arrivals.
"Ah… our apologies, Instructor Riley. Starting a conflict with a senior executive of the Chris Pirates is outside our mission parameters," said the skinny man, Jabra, as he stroked his long, pointy mustache, rolling his eyes dismissively.
"Yoyoi! My sincerest apologies, Instructor-dono! We cannot follow your orders; all responsibility rests with us!" The white-haired man, Kumadori, suddenly knelt down, looking remorseful. "I must commit seppuku to atone for my failure!"
"You idiot! Don't say such stupid things!" Jabra shouted, trying to stop him.
"Yoyoi! I will take responsibility and commit seppuku!"
Cling!
With that, Kumadori sat on the ground and plunged his knife into his abdomen.
Tekkai!
The blade made a metallic clang as it struck his stomach, stopped by his Rokushiki Tekkai.
Clatter.
Kumadori dropped the blade, looking wronged. "Oh, how unfortunate. I can't die."
"Why don't you just go die already, you bastard!" Jabra screamed, pouncing on him and yanking at his mouth.
"Did my mother from heaven save me?!" Kumadori cried, tears streaming down his face as he looked up at the sky. "Is that so?"
"Is that so?! Your mother!" Jabra was moved to tears.
"Jabra, do you understand how I feel?" Kumadori asked, looking down.
"I do! I truly understand, as I have just been scolded by the instructor!" Jabra nodded, also crying.
"Oh, Mom!"
The two of them embraced and started sobbing.
Abel: "..."
Instructor Riley: "..."
The agents: "..."
The surviving pirates: "..."
Death Gun in the distance: "..."
"You two… that's enough!" Riley's eye twitched.
Fukuro unzipped his mouth and said in a deadpan voice, "Chapapapa, Jabra has wanted to leave for a while. Now he finally has an excuse."
"Hey, Fukuro, is that zipper on your mouth just for show, you idiot!" Jabra yelled, jumping on Fukuro and tugging at his mouth.
"You three idiots!"
Riley clenched his teeth, his expression furious. "If you dare to leave on your own, I'll kill you myself!"
"Hmph. Instructor Riley, you don't have jurisdiction over us CP9 agents. Let's go, Kumadori, Fukuro!" Jabra said, turning and walking away, completely ignoring Riley.
"Yoyoi! May my mother in heaven bless you." Kumadori swung his long metal staff and followed Jabra.
"Chapapapa, I hope we meet again." Fukuro waved and left with them.
"Damn it!"
Riley watched the trio leave, enraged.
"Hohohoho. You can't even control your subordinates; what an idiot you are," Abel sneered but didn't chase after them. With dozens of strong agents, he couldn't hunt them all down if they decided to flee. As long as he killed the instructor-level agent, it would be enough.
"You bastard! I'll kill you! Rankyaku: Violent Slash!"
Driven insane with fury, Riley charged forward and swept his foot through the air.
Whoosh!
A large, crescent-shaped, blue-white vacuum blade flew toward Abel.
"Hmph. High-Heat Steel Body!"
A black sheen appeared, and Abel's upper body turned black with a reddish, glowing hue.
Clang!
The large vacuum blade struck Abel, making a sharp metallic clang. The force behind it pushed Abel back a few meters.
When the slash faded, Abel patted his chest and taunted, "That one felt a little better."
"Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!"
Riley was furious. He quickly stomped on the ground, and his body vanished.
Rokushiki: Soru!!!
In a flash, Riley appeared in front of Abel. He extended his black, Armament Haki-covered index finger, thrusting it like lightning toward Angus Abel's eye.
Rokushiki: Armament Shigan!!!
In response to the surprise attack, Abel blocked with his left arm.
Clang!
The black index finger struck the black-and-red arm, creating a powerful gust of wind.
"High-Heat Steel Fist!!!"
Abel twisted his left arm, forcing Riley back, then raised his right arm and punched.
Bang!
Fists and feet collided, creating a powerful shockwave.
The next moment, Abel and Riley engaged in an intense battle of fists and kicks. The constant clash of their attacks created shockwaves that burst out in all directions. The stone pavement beneath their feet was pulverized, and the surrounding flower beds and fountains were shattered by their powerful blows, sending rubble and dirt flying.
