Guideline and Infrastructure were definitely crucial to ensure that the Egg Banks, Sperm Banks and the Education and Training Academy, the EVF, were used for good, and genuinely helping, and not causing harm to the people involved.
As expected, they centred around Autonomy, Consent, and Respect, ensuring that everyone knew what they were getting into, were in a position to agree or disagree, and that people were truly respected at all stages.
For the potential mothers and fathers involved, they would be informed of what being a mother involved, as well as the pros and cons of EVF.
At the same time, the children would receive at least the minimum support that the current two-parent working family model offered, whilst at the same time, supplemented by the AI, holographic technology which would allow them to receive far more customised, tailored and in-depth education compared to other children that were just baby-sat in the general schooling system. At the same time, nothing was stopping the parents from giving their child a traditional upbringing if they wanted, but the point was to make up for the human fallibilities of the current educational model.

And so, the Multiple Projection continued. Jane gave birth to a happy healthy child, Jed, and they went through this new Educational and Training Academy.
At the same time, EVF was also simulated, where Valentine and Jane had another child together, but this time, a happy healthy child Jessica was raised in an Artificial Womb.
This simulation was of course run multiple times, resulting in a large number of children born either through natural means, as well as through the EVF technology. In the process, the System was continually being refined and optimised. For example, in the beginning, the social and emotional training needed to be calibrated - not too much that it was overwhelming, but not too little that proper development wouldn't occur.
What were the results?!
This was of course what everyone wanted to know.
