Chapter 2 - First time member.

Old club building on the west side, classroom 201.

The slanting sun streamed in through the broken window bars, reflecting the dust that rose slightly in the classroom.

Funk sits in a chair behind the podium, flipping through one worn magic notebook after another, with only the sound of the wind in his ears.

Time, little by little.

From early afternoon to evening.

From evening to night.

No one came.

Not a single one.

Funk's hand stopped on the last page of the last book.

There is a small line -

[Great Magic Begins with Lone Faith].

He closed the book, took a deep breath, and was about to get up and leave when the door was suddenly pushed open.

Squeak -

A tall, thin teenager with messy silver hair entered.

He wears a school uniform, but a black sport coat over it, and he looks lazy, with an unlit candy stick in the corner of his mouth.

"Is this the Magic Department?"

The boy leaned against the doorframe, his voice teasing.

Funk looked at him and nodded, "Yes." "

"You, the minister?"

"Yes."

The boy pulled up the corners of his mouth, walked into the classroom, pulled out a chair at random, sat down, and crossed his legs.

He took out his phone, looked at the strange photo of the recruitment poster, and snorted.

"Tsk, what's with 'break the rules and challenge reality'...? It's pretty middle two. "

"But it's to my liking."

Funk looked right at him: "You want to join?" "

The silver-haired young man leaned back in his chair, put his head in his hands, and said lazily, "I don't know. Let's see if you're up to it. "

Feng Ke raised his eyebrows: "How do you 'see'?" "

The young man raised his hand sharply and pointed at himself: "It's very simple, defeat me and I'll join you." "

As the words fell, the air seemed to freeze.

Funk was silent for a moment, then pulled two pieces of magic paper out of his chest, and with a slight flick, the pieces of paper spun between his fingers like a nimble throwing knife.

"Make a move."

The silver-haired boy raised an eyebrow and stood up.

He didn't adopt a standard fighting stance, just lowered his body slightly, one hand hanging at his side, and his breath began to change.

Knock --!

In an instant, he burst out with a strong momentum, and the ground beneath his feet shattered and cracked!

This is not the physical strength and pressure that ordinary students can have.

Funk's eyes froze.

The other side is a real fighter.

There was only five meters between them.

There was a humming sound in the air, a silent collision of two very different forces.

Funk didn't retreat, the pieces of magic paper on his fingertips shimmering with a blue-white light.

- Shoot!

The silver-haired boy pounced on his food like a ferocious tiger, his figure flashing in a flash, and his fist wind mixed with a sharp sonic boom!

Feng Ke suddenly swung the piece of paper, and the two pieces of paper instantly lined up in a simple defensive formation, barely blocking the blow.

However, the formation was immediately shattered, and the impact still caused him to slide back a few steps.

"Not bad."

Young and young, approaching again.

Feng Ke took a deep breath and quickly waved dozens of pieces of magic paper in his hand, forming several three-dimensional arrays around his body.

On each piece of paper is a simplified version of the [Thrust Array], [Anti-Shock Array], and [Winding Array]!

The silver-haired boy shattered the first layer with a single punch, but he was suddenly bounced a few steps by the second layer of the formation, and it took him three steps in a row to stabilize his body.

"... Oh?"

The boy narrowed his eyes, finally getting a little serious as he looked at Funk.

"Your magic isn't just on paper."

Feng Ke gasped slightly and replied calmly, "Magic, it's not a show. "

The two faced each other for a moment.

The silver-haired boy suddenly withdrew his fist and grinned.

"All right, that's enough."

Funk looked at him warily. I saw the young man spread his hands lazily: "My name is Ryan Akes, a former member of the Martial Arts Club, the kind that was expelled." "From now on, I'm the second member of the Ministry of Magic." Funk froze. "Don't you want to keep fighting?" Rhine shrugged: "I never said I had to win to join. Just to see if you're worth it. "Now it seems... It's still weak, but-" Rhine grinned, showing a mouthful of white teeth. "It's interesting." Funk smiled and extended his hand. The two high-fived. At that moment, for the first time in the dilapidated classroom, a real voice sounded. - Knock! Clear and loud, as if a small light had been lit in the ruins that had been silent for so long. Late at night, in front of the abandoned community building. Kia leaned against the corner, listening to the movement in the classroom, and chuckled. "Hmph, there really is a stupid guy who took the bait." She turned to leave, the moonlight shining on the gloves around her waist. "Then I'll take another look... How far can you go. Ryan Ax - Rein Arks "I don't believe in ideals. But I do believe that if you're crazy enough, if you're ruthless enough, you can break through this twisted world. "
