(Alex POV)
*Beep beep* *beep beep*
As my alarm clock jolts me awake, I groggily reach over to silence it, still feeling the effects of a restless night's sleep.
However, as I sit up in bed and stretch my arms, the sun begins to peek through the curtains, casting a warm glow across my room.
I take a morning yarn as a I left my bed to take a shower. As I make my way to the bathroom, I rub my eyes and try to shake off the drowsiness.
The sound of running water and the steam from the shower quickly wake me up. I take a few deep breaths and step into the warm water, letting it wash away the last remnants of sleep.
After my shower, I dry off and get dressed for the day. After wearing a matching set of clothes, I left my room and directly headed to the ground floor.
As I entered the kitchen area, I noticed George sitting at the dining table, leisurely enjoying his breakfast. Upon seeing me, he greeted me with a warm smile and invited me to join him.
