"Who is it from?" Mira asked as I looked at the letter in my hand, "That, I wonder..." I said looking at the letter as my eye went to the stamp... Clown.
Yes, the stamp was if a clown which made me raise an eyebrow as I immediately have an idea of who send me this.
Slowly, I opened a letter as I started reading it and finished it in a minute, "What does it says?" Mira asked curiously as she peeked into my letter a little.
With a sigh, i looked at her and the letter again before telling her what's it about... "Its... a job offer, to work as a clown in a circus."
Life sure is unpredictable.

Days quickly passed by, I was given a month by my master before I had to start my job so I was busy these days in packing, practicing and even checked the changes in my spells after the blessings.
All the spells like, silent steps, silent wind, reflection and all had qualitative changes as they all became a lot better compared to before.
Even all the elemental blast became a lot better... That's what I named them.
Not only that, i can also use them a lot more times than before... If previously it was 10 then now it's 25 which was a lot better than what I expected, though elemental blast limit was still one as I have no way to control the upper limit of that spell and burn all my mana whenever I use it.
It also made me a lot more excited to meet master so that he can finally teach me more magic so that he could teach me how to control this spell and also teach me a new spell of each element now that I could learn one more with my second blessing.
Anyways, the orphanage also become a lot more empty as few people left the orphanage after they were adopted by various clans and other...
It made ethe orphanage strangely empty... Of course I am talking about the people out age as as this place being an orphanage, there is no shortage of kids being left here every year.
'Let's see, around 15 I guess?' I thought looking around the hall, there were only around a dozen or so kids remaining and in a day or two, even I am gonna leave.
Its gonna be emotional too probably as I place no matter how you see is still my home where I have grown up after my parents left me and Alex.
Saying goodbye to Alex is gonna be even harder... 'Well, not like we gonna never meet, just that we won't be together everyday now...' I thought as I arrived for breakfast.
Mira was seated there alone, there were no signs of Alex and Jay... Well, it's understandable for Alex as he has joined some special training programme by the military and won't be home till tommorow but for Jay, well.
"Where is Jay now?" I asked Mira as I say beside her, as she just look at me before shaking her head.
"I don't know, he rarely comes to orphanage during the day now, you could even say that he only comes back to sleep before leaving as the first thing in the morning."
Saying so, she started eating as I too started eating... 'I wonder what should I do?' I asked myself as I started casually chatting with Mira.
"So you will be leaving tommorow?"
"Yea," I said as she looked at her plate, hiding her face, "I will miss you," she said, her voice strangely low.
"Me too," I said, she was my first friend so I know how much I am gonna miss her and Jay, "Anyways, what about you? Are you leaving too?" I asked.
Since she have element have got her second blessing too, it can be said without a doubt that she too must have recieved tons of offer.
'Her low level blessing of Fire is now matched with her Wind blessing and she a special blessing which let her fuse this spell, meaning that she could learn one more wind element and 2 fused spells.'
'She sure is blessed...' I thought all that to myself.
"I have been offered scholarship from Arcane Academia, but I can only stay at orphanage till I am 15, even the spell I could learn is limited to 1 since fused spells can only be learned through academy." She said as she signed.
"Well, I will make sure to visit you guys from time to time," I said with a chuckle as she smiled, "I will look forward to it." She said as I looked around as we talked about who left and who is staying.
Soon, the breakfast was over as I excused myself since I have a bit more packing to do as well as give my application to the director.

"Tsk, lucky bastard." The director said, looking at the application in his hand, "You sure are lucky, you were the next apparantly since you rejected almost everything." From everything, he meant the offers from official organisations.
But... "Next for what?" I asked with a frown, what does this bastard even mean?
"Nothing." He said as he signed the paper, before throwing it at me, "Now scram already!" He snapped as I left the office with the signed application in my hand.
"Finally," I said walking back to the hall room before I paused after walking is... "Jay?" I said looking Jay in front of me... However, je isn't how I remember him... He was... Different.
"What are you doing?" I asked as I looked at him closely, not only is he thinner and looked malnutritioned, he even have dark circles under his eyes making it look like he haven't slept for days.
Currently, he was stealing money... The hall room was a mess as every cupboard which belong to different kid were opened and looked thoroughly searched.
"Why are you here?" He asked as I raised my eyes before finally understanding what he meant, he wasn't expecting anyone here since everyone is busy with thier practice and other chores during noon but...
"I have some packing to do." I said as he nods, "I see..." He said but... "What about you? What are you doing?" I asked him.
