"These are my family... or at least what they used to be," said the Mother Crystal. Afterward, she fell silent, gazing at the numerous colored crystals for a few seconds.
Auran's gaze stayed on the multicolored crystals for a while, but then his eyes wandered and locked onto the surrounding Blessing Crystals.
"So it's your power that heals anyone inside the Blessing Crystal, right?" he asked.
"Yes. I'm a supportive-type magic user. That's why, during the battle against that unknown being, I could do nothing but helplessly watch my family being defeated. I couldn't do anything but run away," said the Mother Crystal in a somber voice.
Auran's eyes once again landed on the numerous colored crystals. They were clearly different from the others—the light-blue Blessing Crystals that surrounded them. The specific thing Auran noticed was that they had a certain rhythm, like a faint heartbeat echoing from them. Their colors also pulsed—shining and dimming—like breathing.
