Chapter 11 - Training Facility.

[Training Facilities Rank: Unclassified]

[Upgrade needed. Pay 200,000 Alliance Coins to begin construction of the Training Facilities. Duration: 1 hour (Y/N)]

The moment Alec stepped through the training facility doors, the notification appeared before him, he casually used his mind to shift it to the side, just like he was minimizing it just out of his main line of sight, but still lingering at the edge like a blind spot.

"I'll go call a couple people to come help and set things in order before Viper arrives, we can't have everything looking so out of order when they arrive" Alfred said, already turning to walk away, he didn't even enter from the entrance he could see how scattered everything before him is, as they have been abandon for quite a while now.

[X: You do know that won't be necessary, right? You better stop that old man from stressing himself out, as once you pay for the renovation, not only will everything be reorganized instantly, but you'll also unlock new features, some of which are way above what a street-level club should have, so since you would still be required to do this, why not just do it now and also save the old man the extra effort.]

X explained as small arms extended from the side of its body, one of them touching its chin dramatically, as it mimicked someone in deep thought.

"Uncle, that won't be necessary. I've already secured the services of a reliable group to handle the renovation," Mystic said quickly, cutting him off.

Alfred paused, turning back with a puzzled look, trying to piece together when Mystic had made such a connection, especially since he'd been the one managing all of Mystic's contacts recently.

"You sure?" Alfred asked, still skeptical.

"Don't worry, they're top-tier. I got their contact from a very trustworthy source," Mystic replied, placing a reassuring hand on Alfred's shoulder as they began walking out together, since everywhere was disorganised like this he didn't see any need for them entering until the renovations had been done.

At the same time, Mystic mentally selected the [Y] option. Instantly, a bluish light flared to life as a glowing 3D outline of the entire training facility hovered in front of him, the sudden appearance made him stumble back a bit in surprise.

Fortunately, his uncle was a few steps ahead and didn't notice Mystic's sudden change in movement, the glowing outline displayed a live overview of the entire training facility, allowing Mystic to take in its scale without needing to walk through every part of it.

As he scanned it briefly, he realized there was already even a damaged gym on the premises, one he hadn't visited yet.

Without wasting time, he swiped left mentally to view how the upgraded version is meant to look like.

The holographic image responded immediately, shifting to reveal the enhanced version of the facility would look in full detail after its upgrade.

As Mystic stared at the new improvements, the sting of spending two hundred thousand Alliance Coins started to faded slightly.

However, something else gnawed at him, the expansion would require a significant amount of land.

Thankfully, the entire area already belonged to him, and there was still plenty of unused space, so the renovation wouldn't face any spatial limitations.

His real concern was just how to explain to his uncle that all of this would be completed in under an hour, sure he knew from his memory about this world that elite construction firms in this world could pull off such feats with their special abilities but hiring them would cost a fortune.

Money he didn't have.

Yet, staring at the sleek outline of the soon-to-be-upgraded training facility, complete with a list of new features and advanced capabilities, he didn't hesitate for a second.

The list displayed:

Dark Elites Training Facility (Bronze Rank)

1. Main Training Pitch

2. Tactical Zone (Mini Pitch): A smaller field for drills, five-a-side matches, and tactical simulations. Outfitted with cones, painted zones, and makeshift goals.

3. Underground Gym Area: Compact yet intense, featuring basic weights, punching bags, agility ladders, and resistance gear. A gritty, no-frills environment powered by system-supplied equipment.

4. Locker Room & Coach's Office: A shared area with benches, lockers, and a tactical whiteboard for planning strategies.

5. Rehab Corner: A small recovery section with a massage table, ice packs, first aid supplies, and an inflatable recovery pool.

6. Stimulation Field (Underground): Hidden beneath the main pitch, accessible via a secret entrance in the locker room. Includes a room filled with charts, player photos, scouting reports, and a cobbled-together video review system.

7. Hangout/Strategy Lounge: A relaxed room with couches, an old projector, a whiteboard, a game console, a snooker table, and table tennis for team bonding.

8. Storage Shed: Jam-packed with footballs, cones, vests, and backup uniforms or boots.

9. Nutrition Nook: Not a full kitchen, but stocked with a fridge, protein shelf, blender station, and prep boxes, with a small kitchen at this side.

10. Gym: The main above-ground gym open to outsiders not part of the team.

Just seeing everything included with the facility upgrade filled Mystic with satisfaction, the sheer improvement promised a major leap in quality once construction was complete.

But before he could even bask in that moment, another notification abruptly popped up in front of him:

[Pay 100,000 Alliance Coins to subscribe to a one-year plan for the facility's operation. (Y/N)]

Mystic nearly lost his composure, he wanted to grill the AI assistant bot standing beside him with questions, but with his uncle still nearby, he forced himself to hold back, for now.

As they stepped out of the entrance, a long bus pulled up right in front of the Dark Elites training facility, startling both Alfred and Mystic, they hadn't been expecting anyone to arrive so soon, and definitely not Viper, as he was someone who was rarely on time.

But the moment the first person stepped off the bus, they knew Viper had nothing to do with it, as one by one, men of varying ages began to disembark, all dressed in construction gear like they were ready to dig into serious work.

Roughly a hundred of them had filed out when one, seemingly the leader, stepped forward and handed a file to Mystic.

"Good day, sir. If you don't mind, we'd like you to sign this so we can get started right away," the middle-aged man said.

Mystic took the folder, and the moment he saw the logo at the top, he knew without a doubt, this entire crew had been summoned by the system.
