It was the next day morning, where we could see Raidon getting up from his sleep, being woken up by the smell of the cooking that his clone servants prepared for him, immediately sitting up, he goes towards to the table to start eating, but before he could do so, he noticed 2 strange looking fruits at a basket, which looked eerily similar to a Devil Fruit, when Raidon touched one of them, his system suddenly appeared.
[Does the Host want the System to know what this Devil Fruit is ?]
"Yes," Raidon replied, as this was one of the moments where the system initiated conversation.
[Kesshō Kesshō no Mi- a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to control, create, and transform into crystal at will, making the user a Crystal Human]
"Hmmm, I've never heard of this Devil Fruit in the Canon of One Piece, must be something that was not eaten in the Canon," Raidon thought, while looking at the abilities and weaknesses it would bring.
[Abilities
Crystal Generation & Manipulation: Create, control, and transform into crystalline structures like quartz, diamond. Adjust sharpness and density. Reconstruct shattered body parts instantly.
Superhuman Strength: Dense crystal body grants immense power.
Body Weaponization: Reshape limbs into blades, hammers, or ranged weapons.
Electromagnetic Polarization: Convert sunlight into high-energy beams (slow recharge, but amplifiable via external light sources). Act as a living compass by polarizing Grand Line magnetic fields, bypassing Log Pose instability.
Strengths:
Near-Invulnerability: Immune to conventional physical attacks due to crystal density.
Tactical Versatility: Offense, defense, and navigation utility.
Energy Conversion: Harness sunlight or enemy light attacks for amplified strikes.
Weaknesses:
Standard Devil Fruit Weaknesses: Seawater, Seastone, and Haki bypass crystal intangibility.
No Unique Flaws: Unlike real-world crystals, the fruit's constructs are not explicitly weak to vibrations or heat.]
"It seems like if I eat this, I would be able to make whatever I want into a crystal, kinda like Ice Ice fruit of Aokiji, but without the coldness," Raidon thought, realizing that he could make an entire part of the ocean into Crystal. Raidon then touched the other Devil Fruit and looked at the Devil Fruit's name.
[Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Vermilion Bird]
[Abilities
Full Zoan Form: A majestic, peacock-like bird with crimson plumage and trailing eternal flames.
Hybrid Form: Humanoid with avian traits (feathered wings, talons, fiery aura).
Eternal Flames (不滅の炎, Fumetsu no Honō):
Unquenchable Fire: Crimson flames that cannot be extinguished by water or conventional means, burning until the user dies, falls unconscious, or wills them to stop.
Extreme Heat: Flames surpass magma temperatures like Akainu's Magu Magu no Mi and overpower ordinary fire like Ace's Mera Mera no Mi
Purification: Burns away impurities, toxins, or even curses (e.g., neutralizing Doc Q's diseases).
Regenerative Healing: Self-Restoration: Heals wounds by channeling flames through the body.
Limitations:
Slower than Marco's phoenix regeneration. Cannot heal others. Stamina is drained with prolonged use.
Combat Enhancements:
Flight: Soar at speeds rivaling King's Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon.
Talon Strikes: Deliver slashing/kicking attacks with razor-sharp talons that cut through steel.
Heatwave Emission: Radiate scorching waves to melt weapons and dry landscapes.
Seastone Resistance:
Injuries sustained while touching Seastone heal once contact is broken, unlike Logias, which retain damage.
Weaknesses
Stamina Drain: Overuse of flames/healing exhausts the user, risking collapse.
Heat-Resistant Foes: Opponents like Atsu Atsu no Mi (Heat-Heat Fruit) users can withstand weaker flames—requires intensifying fire to bypass, accelerating stamina loss.
Non-Invincibility: Fatal injuries (decapitation, destroyed heart) cannot be healed.
Standard DF Flaws: Seastone immobilizes, seawater weakens.]
"Alright, 2 strong devil fruits in my possession, it seems that my luck is great in this world," Raidon said, not realizing that these 2 Devil Fruits would be a payment for something so troublesome that fate had steered onto his way.
Raidon then started eating and began his daily routine of exercising, eating a lot more joyfully, and faster due to the Devil Fruits that he got. After an hour of eating, Raidon then jumped towards the sea, while swimming farther than his usual spot, wanting to venture into a deeper part of the sea.
-----------
Meanwhile, the Marine's ship that has Dog biting a bone in its figurehead, an old man was seen sleeping in a chair, with a Dog mask on his head, his hair was black, but his goatee on his face tells another story as they are pure grey, indicating that this man was dyeing his hair, he was wearing a hawaian shirt and shorts, with a noticeably muscular body,.
On his side, there was a person who was wearing a grey suit with a fedora hat covering his eyes. Suddenly, the man opened his eyes as he felt something approaching them fast, while he did not feel any malice coming from the one that was approaching them, he just ordered the marine crews to be ready.
"Someone is approaching. Assume your battle positions and get ready," the hatted man shouted, prompting the crew to scramble. The deck quickly filled with noise and movement as the Marines rushed to their stations in a mild panic, while the old man was still sleeping in his position.
The one who was approaching then suddenly dived down, without caring about the ship that was in front of him. The hatted man then felt that the person was diving towards the deepest part of the sea, as if not really minding them, this made the hatted man sigh a breath of relief as he could feel from the presence alone that whoever that was, it was someone stronger than him.
-------------
The person swimming toward the Marine vessel was none other than Raidon, who had decided to venture farther than his usual training spot. He moved at a steady pace until he reached an area with a depth twice that of his regular location. From a distance, he noticed a ship that remained stationary, but he chose to ignore it. There was a strong presence aboard, and Raidon had no desire to invite unnecessary trouble or risk harming any civilians on the vessel.
Meanwhile, on the ship, after Raidon dove down toward the bottom of the sea, the hatted man turned to speak to the sleeping old man.
"Garp-san, it seems that person isn't attacking us," said the hatted man, revealing the identity of the slumbering figure—Vice Admiral Garp, the Hero of the Marines.
"Yes, and he's strong too. Any idea who it is, Bogard?" Garp replied, confirming the identity of the man in the fedora as Bogard, his trusted right-hand man.
Raidon, focused on his descent, overheard the names of the two individuals emanating powerful presences. Recognizing them, he abruptly changed course, ascending rapidly to meet the legendary Vice Admiral and Rear Admiral.
Garp immediately sensed the shift.
"Get ready! It seems he heard us and got curious. Bwahahahaha!" Garp laughed, clearly thrilled by the prospect of an unexpected encounter with a strong opponent, while Bogard silently unsheathed his sword in preparation.
It didn't take long before Raidon reached the surface and leaped upwards, landing on the deck of Garp's warship. The moment he did, he was immediately surrounded by a group of marines, all aiming their weapons at him. Both Garp and Bogard observed Raidon intently, with Bogard's sword unsheathed and pointed directly at him.
Without hesitation, Raidon activated his Devil Fruit powers, summoning something that sent shockwaves through the entire ship. The marines froze in surprise, and even Garp and Bogard were momentarily taken aback. They had just witnessed this person swimming effortlessly through the ocean, but now, the display of his abilities had left them stunned.
"A gift for the famed hero of the marines," Raidon said, while summoning a large amount of ink that was taking out a large feast of seafood that was prepared for him by his clones as lunch for his training.
Garp, who was stunned, just looked at the food, and took it without hesitation as he smelled it was delicious, but did not eat it immediately.
"Who are you, and how are you able to swim in the ocean while being a Devil Fruit user?" Garp asked, curious about the person in front of him.
"When asking someone a question, isn't it proper manners to give your name first? Even if I know your name already, it's just proper to introduce yourself," Raidon said, while thinking of doing the gag of Crocus.
"Oh yeah, sorry. My name is Monk-" Garp started to say while being interrupted by Raidon,
"My name is Marisvallis D. Raidon. I'm 12 years old and living by myself on a random island," Raidon suddenly introduced himself, using his mother's name instead of his father's. Despite what he had told Garp, this statement made the entire crew of Marines look at Raidon as though he were stupid.
"BWAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH," Garp just laughed, after being interrupted, followed by many of the members of the crew and Raidon, except for Bogard, who was still just looking at Raidon, hearing the D. part of his name, indicating a deeper connection between Garp and Raidon.
"Let's eat, let's eat," Garp said, inviting Raidon to join him. Raidon refused at first.
"I have my routine to go through first. I'll join you if you're still here—I'll be down below," Raidon replied, still avoiding the question of how he could swim despite having a Devil Fruit.
"How is it possible for you to swim in the ocean if you've eaten a Devil Fruit?" Garp asked bluntly.
"Oh, that? The Ink-Ink Fruit lets me generate and manipulate ink. I can even transform into ink itself. By coating my body in waterproof ink, I avoid the ocean's weakening effects. It's how I retain my abilities," Raidon explained, then dived down immediately.
"He's 12 years old, he said—right?" Garp asked Bogard, confirming whether he'd heard Raidon's age correctly. Despite Raidon's youth, Garp could sense immense strength radiating from him, even comparable to Big Mom in her earlier years.
"Yes, Garp-san," Bogard replied. "It seems he grew up on an island teeming with predators. That must be why he's so strong for his age."
"Now I'm curious where he's been living," Garp mused as he waited for Raidon to finish his exercise. Below them, they could feel Raidon's presence on the ocean floor, gripping what seemed to be a massive, weighted object.
