A new day dawned.
Tsunade stretched, her delicate body tensing into an alluring curve. Since she was four months pregnant, Sasame dared not do too much. Compared to before, she naturally wouldn't experience exhaustion anymore.
"You should go to work," Tsunade's body relaxed, and she retreated back into the covers. Her chin rested on Sasame's shoulder, looking lazy and seductive, exuding the charm of a mature woman.
"I'm taking a day off today," Sasame said casually, acting like he was slacking off. "I haven't rested since I became Hokage. No time like the present." This was mainly because he had been tormented by Ōtsutsuki Kaguya for several consecutive days, and his spirit was quite weary. Plus, it had indeed been a long time since he had spent time with Tsunade. Taking this opportunity to go out and about with her wasn't a bad idea either.
"Alright then," Tsunade noticed his expression; he seemed genuinely tired. Thinking of all the troublesome matters during her own time as Hokage, she deeply sympathized. She hugged Sasame, snuggling into his embrace, and asked, "Since you're on vacation, why don't you come to the casino with me?"
"..." Sasame opened his eyes and saw her expectant expression. He subconsciously wrapped his arms around her slender waist. Her fair skin felt good to the touch. And because she was pressed tightly against him, he could feel some of her voluptuous curves.
"What's fun about a casino?" Sasame complained. "It's a rare date. Do you really want to go to a casino?"
"Date?" Tsunade was startled, then chuckled. "Dates are for couples."
"Anyone who isn't married is a couple," Sasame retorted quickly.
"Alright, fine," Tsunade glared at him. "Then where do you want to go?"
"I don't know," Sasame said bluntly.
"What do you mean, 'you don't know'?" Tsunade twisted her body, displeased, and reached out to flick his forehead.
"It means we'll play it by ear," Sasame looked down for a few seconds, then looked back up. Tsunade immediately blushed slightly.
"It's already eight in the morning. If we keep delaying, half the day will be gone."
"Then let's leave at nine. No rush," Sasame rolled over, wrapped the blanket around both of them, and went back to sleep for a bit.
An hour later.
The two got up and went to the bathroom to shower. Shizune had already woken up and, sensing their "war," quite dutifully went to help at Konoha Hospital.
After Sasame finished washing up, he asked, "What do you want to eat?"
"It's too late. Just whip up something simple," Tsunade yawned. "If I eat too much now, I won't want lunch."
"Understood," Sasame handed her clothes to her and walked to the kitchen. Tsunade changed out of her nightgown and glanced at a cheongsam. She actually didn't want to wear such clothes outside. But fortunately, this cheongsam was relatively conservative. Thinking about it, Sasame wouldn't allow anyone else to see her. Tsunade understood him quite well. He was extremely possessive.
She put on the long-sleeved white cheongsam, which only split at the calves. It was a world apart from the cheongsams she usually wore at home.
Sasame poked his head out of the doorway. Tsunade was bending down, holding black stockings, wrapping her fair feet and ankles, and gradually moving upwards. Her perfectly straight calves had no excess flesh.
"Why are you peeking while cooking?"
"I'm not peeking," Sasame's lips curved into a smile. "This is clearly appreciation."
"You always have a crooked logic," Tsunade straightened up. The cheongsam perfectly accentuated her body. With every movement, her hips swayed, and her voluptuous chest rose and fell. It was truly magnificent. Sasame averted his gaze and continued preparing his breakfast. It was the simplest: bread, milk, and ham. Just heat it up, and it was ready to eat.
At the dining table.
Sasame picked up the milk and took a sip. "It tastes inferior to... yours..."
Tsunade immediately looked up, a friendly smile on her face. "What did you say, you pervert?"
"I meant your milk tastes better. Where did you buy it?" Sasame's body trembled, feeling a sense of danger above his head. Last night, Tsunade's mind was unclear, after all. But now, it was different.
"Hmph," Tsunade glared at him. "Shizune buys all the milk at home. When did you ever buy milk?"
"Ah... is that so?" Sasame immediately lowered his head, biting his bread. "I might have misremembered. They all taste good."
"It better be," Tsunade narrowed her eyes, threateningly. "If you dare bring that up again, beware of the consequences."
"I understand," Sasame quickly nodded obediently.
Tsk.
Oh well, I'll just bring it up tonight.Let's see how you'll argue then.
Tsunade pouted. How could she not understand Sasame? However, she had no solution. Her gaze softened as she looked at him. She quickly shook her head, focusing on her bread.
Not long after, breakfast was finished. The two prepared to leave. At the doorway, Sasame crouched down, taking out a pair of embroidered classical high-heeled cloth shoes.
"It seems you planned this all along." Tsunade reached out, steadying herself on the shoe rack, slipped off her slippers, and extended her black-clad foot, placing it before him. A faint fragrance wafted from it. Sasame caressed her stockings. Tsunade's toes instinctively curled from the ticklish sensation. She pulled her foot back and kicked his arm. "Don't waste time."
Sasame re-gripped her ankle, reluctantly helping her put on her shoes.
"That expression of yours is a little disgusting," Tsunade said, crossing her arms. "Why didn't I notice you had so many bad habits before?"
"Because these bad habits were nurtured by my sister," Sasame stood up, stating righteously, "Who told her to be so beautiful?"
"Slick talk," Tsunade listened to his words, but she could no longer maintain her stern expression and burst out laughing. For a moment, she was quite captivating. It had to be said, with Tsunade's figure, anything she did had a fatal effect.
"Am I making a lot of sense?" Sasame looked at her beaming face, his eyes also softening.
"Yes, yes, yes," Tsunade said, reaching out and pinching his cheek. At her age, she was most concerned about her beauty and appearance. If others praised her, she might just smile and dismiss it. But Sasame was different. He was her current beloved and emotional anchor. Therefore, Sasame's words held a particularly different meaning for her.
"It's cold outside. Put on this coat too," Sasame turned back to the room and grabbed a white coat. It was indeed a bit chilly in autumn. But more importantly, it would cover Tsunade's slightly bulging abdomen.
"Okay," Tsunade understood as well, so she didn't refuse. After getting ready, the two left the house. The sun was shining brightly today. It cast its light upon Konoha Village, enveloping everything in a warm, hazy glow.
Sasame stretched. "Ah, it feels so good not to be working."
"You should learn from me and be a diligent Hokage," Tsunade glanced at him, smiling.
"Don't think I don't know you sleep in the Hokage Office every day," Sasame instinctively tried to take her hand, but she dodged.
"There are too many people," Tsunade said after two words, then defended herself, "I sleep because I'm too tired."
"Then when you're not tired, don't you sleep too?" Sasame blinked.
"Don't say strange things," Tsunade turned her head, instinctively tensing her body. Sasame secretly thought, You've changed. You can even understand that kind of 'car' (innuendo).
"Teacher Sasame! Stop right there!" Accompanied by an excited voice, a yellow whirlwind rolled in front of the two.
"Damn it, Teacher, you didn't call me for the mission again!" Naruto Uzumaki pointed at him, asking somewhat displeased, "Why did you only take Hinata alone?!" He was naturally referring to the Mōryō incident in the Land of Demons. He only found out about it afterward, and he was furious.
"Aren't you on vacation?" Sasame's gaze shifted, and he bluffed, "I'm just being considerate of my students."
"I'm not on vacation!" Naruto Uzumaki grumbled. "I was just training with Sasuke."
"Where's Sasuke?" Sasame took the opportunity to change the subject.
"Oh, he should be at the Uchiha clan compound," Naruto Uzumaki, as expected, had his attention diverted. "I was just about to go find him."
"Then go ahead. Don't keep Sasuke waiting," Sasame waved his hand. "As for missions, I'll arrange one for you next time."
"You promise then!" Naruto Uzumaki said excitedly.
"Of course," Sasame smiled slightly, his face serious. "Liars have to swallow a thousand needles." Naruto Uzumaki was immediately satisfied and turned to leave.
"That brat didn't even say hello?" Tsunade put her hands on her hips and finally spoke.
"Perhaps because you're too beautiful today, he didn't recognize you," Sasame glanced at her statuesque body. However, given Naruto Uzumaki's personality, it was indeed possible. Of course, perhaps it was because he was in a hurry to see Sasuke Uchiha.
"You certainly know how to talk," Tsunade reached out and pinched his lips. "You can dismiss your foolish student with just a few words."
"Naruto isn't foolish, and I wasn't talking nonsense," Sasame opened his mouth and bit her finger, retaliating.
"Gross," Tsunade shook her hand, her eyes looking at him as if he were trash. Sasame immediately thought of a certain anime. That look is great.
"What do you want for lunch?" Sasame turned his head, looking forward. The two had just left the house, and there weren't many people on the street. Some people saw him and wanted to greet him, but he waved them off. Since Sasame had high prestige during this period, no one thought he was being rude.
"Hmm, how about barbecue?" Tsunade walked beside him. "I haven't had it in a long time."
"Alright. Eating it once in a while shouldn't be a problem," Sasame had originally wanted to refuse, but since it was a vacation, he decided to indulge a bit. Tsunade's eyes lit up. She looked around, and with lightning speed, pressed her face against Sasame's.
"A reward for you." She exhaled, her heart pounding. Kissing wasn't much, but being possibly discovered by so many people felt very stimulating. But it was quite interesting.
"How much do you like barbecue?" Sasame asked, looking at her graceful back.
"Actually, not that much," Tsunade turned her head, tossing her hair. "I prefer the food you make." The autumn wind blew. The hem of her cheongsam lifted slightly, revealing the black stockings clinging to her calves.
"You eat it every day; haven't you had enough?" Sasame took a few steps forward and reached out to touch her black stockings.
"What are you doing?!" Tsunade was startled, a vein throbbing on her forehead, and she said through gritted teeth, "Do you want to die?"
"Don't worry, no one saw," Sasame said proudly. "Don't you know my speed?"
"I don't know!" Tsunade's limbs suddenly went weak at his words, but she feigned composure.
"Tonight..." Sasame had only said two words when he saw Tsunade's murderous glare. So he could only shut up. He felt a little regretful. Going out shopping was indeed nice, but he couldn't hold hands or anything. Sasame suddenly thought of Ōtsutsuki Kaguya. If he had her power, he wouldn't have to worry about being discovered.
The two walked into Konoha's most famous barbecue restaurant. As soon as they entered, they saw four familiar faces: Kakashi Hatake and his Hidden Sand Village squad. The former immediately stood up to greet them. The latter three reacted differently. Gaara's personality was as cold as ever; he didn't seem overly intimidated by Sasame despite being thoroughly beaten earlier. Temari and Kankuro, however, showed expressions of panic. But they quickly remembered they were all on the same side now, so they weren't as afraid, though they couldn't help but tremble slightly.
"Hokage-sama, Lady Tsunade," Kakashi Hatake glanced at Tsunade, who was exceptionally dressed up today, suppressing his inner gossip. "Would you like to eat together?"
"No need," Tsunade naturally didn't want to be disturbed. "It wouldn't be appropriate for us to join your squad's meal." After speaking, she didn't wait for Kakashi Hatake's reply but turned and walked towards the counter, leaving a remark. "I'll go order. You can talk about any official business."
"Have you just finished a mission?" Sasame asked Gaara and the others. Temari and Kankuro immediately looked restless.
"Yes," Kakashi Hatake noticed their reactions but wasn't surprised. Anyone who had witnessed Sasame's magnificent display would be afraid. Of course, he meant the enemy. Kakashi Hatake, thinking that such a person was his superior, only felt a sense of security.
"What kind of mission was it?" After Sasame optimized Konoha Village's organization, he no longer had to personally oversee everything like Hiruzen Sarutobi did in the original work. Therefore, he didn't know what missions the ninjas took. Unless it was a particularly important S-rank mission.
"It was a commission from the Daimyo of the Land of Rivers," Kakashi Hatake briefly introduced. "His son was rebellious, so we were asked to protect him for a period of time." Land of Rivers, huh?Sasame stroked his chin. In the original work, this country didn't seem to have much plot. Oh, it was where Gaara had the One-Tails Shukaku extracted. Besides that, there was also Raiga Kurosuki. One of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, he was currently occupying a gold mine. Sasame wasn't particularly interested in him. But he had a companion named Ranmaru, who possessed a special kekkei genkai, the Red Eye. Most importantly, the Red Eye was the Byakugan's natural enemy. Whose bloodline was it, he wondered? It might be Ōtsutsuki Hagoromo's. The Red Eye sounded very similar to the Sharingan; perhaps it was a mutation. And Ōtsutsuki Hamura only inherited the Byakugan. He could take Hinata Hyuga to take a look sometime. Thinking of this, he also remembered the Ketsuryūgan, which was practically a copy of the Sharingan.
"Sasame." Tsunade finished ordering and beckoned to him.
"Teacher is calling me," Sasame recovered and chuckled. "We can chat another day when we have time."
"Okay," Kakashi Hatake nodded. After watching him leave, he sat back down. Tsunade was already grilling meat. Sasame sniffed; it still smelled quite good. He looked at Tsunade's serious face and said nothing. A moment later, the first piece of meat was fresh off the grill.
"Try it," Tsunade casually placed the grilled meat slice into Sasame's bowl. "Don't mind if it doesn't taste good." Sasame glanced at it; at least it was cooked. He took a bite, chewed a few times, and nodded under her expectant gaze. Tsunade's expression immediately brightened. Because she cared so much about one person, happiness was simple. Sasame smiled. Unfortunately, the barbecue restaurant didn't have private rooms. Otherwise, he could have made a grand display right then.
Thinking of this, Sasame asked, "Where are we going later?"
"It's your vacation; why are you asking me?" Tsunade flipped the meat slices on the grill, not even looking up, and complained.
"My vacation is your vacation too," Sasame's smile remained. He bluffed, "This is called the Hokage's vacation." As he spoke, he suddenly remembered Naruto's "vacation." But those were all fake. The real one should be called Sasame's vacation. Because it was happening now.
"Be serious!" Tsunade looked up, glared at him, and asked, "That remote island you mentioned last time, how's the renovation coming along?" She still vividly remembered her first trip to the beach.
"It's not a remote island; it's Love Island," Sasame corrected her. "It's already fully renovated."
"Then let's go see it," Tsunade suddenly blushed slightly. "Hmm, mainly I want to see the sea."
"It's a bit cold now, unfortunately, otherwise you could wear a swimsuit," Sasame said, looking at her somewhat awkward expression, feeling a little nostalgic. "My sister's swimsuit really looks good."
"..." Tsunade glared at him. "What 'looks good'? Don't think I don't know what you're thinking." She extended her fair hand and poked his forehead. But she quickly retracted it. Mainly because there were people around.
"Wronged," Sasame said seriously. "My sister is beautiful."
Tsunade's lips curved slightly. "Don't talk while eating." Her grilling speed involuntarily picked up.
After finishing the meal. They left the table even earlier than Kakashi Hatake and the others who had arrived before them. In a quiet place, Sasame reached out and hugged her. "I'm teleporting now." He activated the Flying Thunder God Technique. The two appeared on that deserted island from before. A huge villa emerged in the center. Tsunade was momentarily lost in thought. "How much did this cost you?" Sasame pinched her face. "Just a drop in the bucket." He was definitely the richest man in the ninja world now. A villa was indeed worth nothing to him.
"Are you embezzling while being Hokage?" Tsunade looked at him, smiling ambiguously. "That's not allowed, you know."
"..." Sasame immediately said angrily, "What are you talking about? Am I that kind of person?" He lowered his head and bit Tsunade's earlobe. This was her weakness. Instantly, her body went limp, collapsing into Sasame's embrace. Although it was autumn weather, she felt as hot as summer. The temperature suddenly rose, and sweat beaded on her forehead.
"Today, you'll pay for what you said," Sasame looked at Tsunade, who was like melting ice cream, and no longer held back.
