Mei Terumi was completely unprepared for Sasame's actions. When she felt the touch on her lips, her eyes widened. A blush appeared on her fair, beautiful cheeks. Mei Terumi stared directly into Sasame's eyes, and she felt her heart rate quicken. She felt dizzy from his hot breath, so much so that she completely surrendered.

When she came back to her senses, her throat was dry.

"Are you happy now?" Sasame licked the corner of his mouth and said, "Mizukage-sama, you taste sweet indeed."

"Don't... don't say such nonsense..." Mei Terumi instinctively avoided his gaze. She lowered her head, looking at the desk. For a moment, there was only her heavy breathing.

"Not happy? How about two more times?" Sasame's eager voice sounded.

"Do you dare?!" Mei Terumi instinctively looked up, her tone full of annoyance. Her reddish-brown hair flew up with the motion. She looked very angry.

The next moment, Sasame lunged into her arms, pressing her into the Mizukage's chair. The office fell silent again. Mei Terumi's soft lips replaced her hardened resolve, and she did not speak. Her tense body relaxed. If it weren't for the Mizukage's chair, she would have fallen to the floor. Mei Terumi clenched her teeth tightly, releasing all the long-held anger. But she was also surprised by Sasame's thick skin.

After an unknown amount of time, she pushed Sasame away.

"No... no..." Mei Terumi frantically clutched her collar, trying to cover her pale skin.

"Is that how you act as a maid?" Sasame sighed and asked.

Mei Terumi's heart was still beating violently. She instinctively glanced at Sasame. Her face became even redder. Mei Terumi hesitated and was torn, not knowing what to do.

Seeing this, Sasame said nothing more. He felt that victory was not far off. He reached out, pinched her cheek, and said, "Next time, for sure." Mei Terumi did not dare to look at him, her heart was racing, and her mind was blank.

"Let's talk about the Jinchuriki matter," Sasame let go, jumped off the Mizukage's desk, lay on the sofa, and beckoned to Mei Terumi. Mei Terumi took a few moments to react. She walked to the sofa and sat down. Sasame then rested his head on her lap. Mei Terumi exhaled and began massaging his head with her hands. Although it had been a long time since she had been a maid, her body's memory was very clear.

"How did you find Utakata's whereabouts?" Mei Terumi asked curiously, "The Kirigakure ANBU have been searching for years without any clues."

"Utakata is a Jinchuriki after all. His strength far exceeds that of a normal ninja, so it's not easy to find him," Sasame casually took a lock of her hair and gently caressed it. Among the women he knew, besides Kaguya Otsutsuki, Mei Terumi's hair should be the longest. When she stood up, it could fall all the way down to her knees.

Mei Terumi didn't mind him playing with her hair, but she was a little displeased with his words.

"Are you implying that the ninjas of your Konoha Village are not ordinary ninjas?"

"..." Sasame twitched his lips, a little helpless. "That's not what I meant." As expected of the Mizukage. She was very devoted to Kirigakure. Mei Terumi snorted, suddenly realizing that she was being too emotional in front of him. After she calmed down a little, she said, "Then continue."

"Strictly speaking, it was an accident," Sasame shifted his head, pressing close to her abdomen. "The Katsuragi Mountain Fortress is where the Tsuchigumo clan resides." Mei Terumi's body trembled, feeling a little unaccustomed to his closeness. She wanted to say something but held it back, eventually just accepting his behavior. Mei Terumi managed to concentrate and recalled the history between the Tsuchigumo clan and Konoha, immediately guessing part of the reason. She couldn't help but feel that she inexplicably owed Sasame another favor.

If this continued, she would no longer be able to refuse. But she was the Mizukage. If she did that, it might affect Kirigakure. However, a large part of the reason Kirigakure was what it was today was because of Sasame. He not only brought in funds but also a lot of talent. Although there hadn't been much change within Kirigakure, externally, especially in business, it was highly tied to the Ten Thousand Suns Merchant Guild. If Sasame were to heartlessly cut ties, it would cause a huge loss. This loss might even be more severe than a war.

"What are you thinking about?" Sasame noticed that Mei Terumi had stopped massaging, so he lifted his head slightly and looked at her.

"Are you planning to hand Utakata over to me?" Mei Terumi came back to her senses and asked, "Are there any conditions?" Although Sasame said Utakata was at Katsuragi Mountain, who knew if he had already been captured. After all, with his strength, a mere Jinchuriki was nothing. And there had been precedents before. She had paid for his help many times and still hadn't fully repaid him.

"No conditions," Sasame laughed. "I told you just now that I'm here to apologize. Why don't you believe me?" Mei Terumi fell silent at his words. She pursed her lips and continued to massage.

"Thank you," Mei Terumi uttered the two words.

"It's not a simple matter to bring Utakata back," Sasame said, his eyes narrowed slightly. "Although Kirigakure has the ability, it's bound to result in casualties."

"..." Mei Terumi wanted to object but then stopped and said nothing. With the new Three-Tails Jinchuriki, Zabuza Momochi, and herself, dealing with one Utakata was not a big problem. But as Sasame said, it wouldn't be easy, and there might be casualties. But Mei Terumi also understood him and knew he was about to set a condition.

"How about it? Do you need my help?" Sasame asked with a smile. He was helping Mei Terumi for two reasons. One was to gain some Destiny Value. And the second was pure investment in the future. If he won over Mei Terumi, Kirigakure would also fall into his hands. At that point, they would all be one big family. It would be like helping his own property in advance. There was nothing wrong with that.

Mei Terumi wasn't surprised by his words. It was indeed in line with his character. But it also made sense. If Sasame helped, Kirigakure would easily gain a Jinchuriki.

"You won't help us for nothing, will you?" Mei Terumi looked down at him and asked.

"Do you think I'm such a heartless person?" Sasame shook his head, sounding a little disappointed. "With our relationship, why would I need any conditions to help you?" In truth, before he came, he did plan to ask for some benefits. But after the previous kiss, he realized the biggest benefit was about to be his. There was no need to pick up sesame seeds and lose the watermelon.

Mei Terumi was slightly startled and suddenly felt a little embarrassed. She met Sasame's righteous gaze and quickly turned her head away.

"Sor... sorry," Mei Terumi said in a low voice, her face slightly flushed.

"Hmm?" Sasame pretended not to hear. Mei Terumi took a deep breath and repeated it again. Her voice was louder. At the same time, there was a hint of embarrassment and anger. After all, she wasn't some ordinary young girl.

"So when are you planning to go?" Sasame stopped teasing her and asked casually.

"The sooner the better, so we can get this over with," Mei Terumi replied.

"Do you have the confidence to make him a Kirigakure ninja again?" Sasame raised an eyebrow. "He was a rogue ninja, after all."

"I've already investigated his case," Mei Terumi briefly explained the situation. Utakata, as a Jinchuriki, was initially unwilling. One of his teachers saw this and developed a method to extract a Tailed Beast from a Jinchuriki without killing them. But he didn't tell him directly. As a result, Utakata thought his teacher wanted to kill him, so he fought back, killed him, and fled Kirigakure.

How to put it? A tragedy caused by a misunderstanding. But Sasame was quite interested in this method.

"If he's unwilling, then don't blame me," Mei Terumi's expression turned slightly cold. "I can't let Kirigakure's Tailed Beast wander outside just for his personal reasons."

"As expected of the Mizukage-sama," Sasame praised with a smile. Mei Terumi's face fell, and she glared at him. Although he sounded serious, she always felt he wasn't being sincere. Thinking this, she reached out and pinched his face. Seeing his face turn into a weird shape, she burst out laughing. The Mizukage's Office seemed to brighten up a little.

"Is that method of extracting the Tailed Beast without the Jinchuriki dying still around?" Sasame asked, looking at the smile on her face.

"You want it?" Mei Terumi's eyes suddenly lit up. For a long time, she had always been the one asking for favors from Sasame. But Sasame had never asked her for anything. This might be the only time he ever asked her for something.

"Why?" Sasame chuckled and asked, "Are you planning to blackmail me?" Mei Terumi's face fell when he saw through her. She had just received a big gift, and now she was setting conditions, which was indeed a bit much. But to give up now would also be a shame.

"Hmph, so you know it's blackmail!" Mei Terumi said angrily, "Then why did you do it before?!"

"Did I?" Sasame stubbornly denied it. "I think you seemed to be enjoying it."

"I was not!" Mei Terumi's face flushed. "Why would I like your twisted hobbies?!"

"Is that so?" Sasame drew out his words, making it sound very meaningful.

"..." Mei Terumi fell silent, turning her head away, looking angry.

"You haven't said if you're going to give it to me yet?" Sasame couldn't help but smile and asked.

"I'll give it to you. It's not a very precious thing anyway," Mei Terumi said, pretending to be nonchalant after a moment of silence.

"Then thank you, Mizukage-sama," Sasame stood up, stood next to her, held her hand, and asked, "Shall we go to the Katsuragi Mountain Fortress now?"

"I need to grab something," Mei Terumi tried to pull her hand away but couldn't. She frowned, not understanding.

"Kiss me," Sasame said with a chuckle. Mei Terumi immediately glared at him in annoyance. Sasame was completely unfazed.

"..." Mei Terumi's eyes were getting a little sore. She finally bit him hard, as if to vent her frustration. But Sasame took the opportunity to pull her into his arms and started fondling her. Mei Terumi's body immediately went limp.

A long time later, she stumbled out of the Mizukage's Office. She was going to get the documents. To persuade Utakata, she had to show him the research his teacher left behind. If even this couldn't get him to return to Kirigakure, then she would have to use force.

Sasame took advantage of the time and went to Konoha Village. After playing a game of Black Cat Shooting, he reappeared in the Mizukage's Office feeling refreshed. Because it had been a while, Mei Terumi frowned when she saw him.

"Where did you just go?"

"Konoha Village," Sasame casually made up an excuse. "Went back to take a shower and relax." Mei Terumi was stunned for a few seconds and then suddenly understood. Of course, she didn't know about the black cat. She just thought that because of her rejection, Sasame was feeling down and went to calm down. Mei Terumi's face flushed, and her aggressive demeanor vanished without a trace.

She changed the subject and asked, "Shall we go now?" Sasame nodded and said, "I'll take you there." When he asked Kurenai Yuhi to investigate the Tsuchigumo clan, he had already given her a Flying Thunder God kunai in advance. This way, he didn't have to make another trip.

Mei Terumi knew that Sasame had the Flying Thunder God Jutsu and did not resist. She grabbed his arm, and after a spatial distortion, she appeared at the Katsuragi Mountain Fortress. The two of them were now standing on the city wall. Below was a village that was quite spacious.

"Where exactly is Utakata?" Mei Terumi looked around and found that there were quite a lot of people, making it difficult to find him. Sasame directly used his sensing jutsu and quickly located Utakata's position. But he was not inside the city; he was outside the city. Besides Utakata, there were many other people's auras. He raised an eyebrow. Sasame glanced at Mei Terumi and flew outside.

A small forest outside the city.

Utakata and Hotaru were surrounded by Utakata and a group of people.

"Hand over Hotaru, and I'll let you go."

"Impossible," Utakata said, shaking his head, holding his bubble-blowing tool like a flute. Hotaru, who was behind him, breathed a sigh of relief. But she quickly became worried again. She didn't know that Utakata was a Jinchuriki. Their meeting was actually by chance. After realizing that he had decent strength, she had been following him, wanting to become his apprentice. Utakata happened to be trying to evade the Kirigakure ANBU's pursuit, and moved by her persistence, he came to the Katsuragi Mountain Fortress. He hadn't expected to encounter Utakata, who attacked the Tsuchigumo clan and planned to steal the forbidden jutsu.

"You're really courting death!" Utakata's face turned angry. He instantly appeared in front of Utakata and slapped him with his palm. Chakra quickly covered him. A character "操" appeared on Utakata's shoulder.

"What is this...?" Utakata suddenly felt that he couldn't move. He couldn't even use his chakra.

"The Word Binding Jutsu," Utakata burst into laughter when he saw him like this. "You have no idea what true power is!" He pointed at Hotaru, or more precisely, the forbidden jutsu on her. "The Word Binding Jutsu plus your forbidden jutsu, and we can conquer the whole world!" Utakata spread his arms and said, "If you cooperate, I can also restore the glory of the Tsuchigumo clan."

"You traitor!" Hotaru glared at him. Utakata's face darkened, and he immediately reached out to grab her.

Just then, an endless amount of chakra surged from Utakata's body, directly breaking through the Word Binding Jutsu. But he was still a step too late. Mei Terumi instantly grabbed Hotaru by the shoulder and retreated. Utakata's body stiffened, and he instinctively wanted to flee. He had been wandering outside and knew that the current Mizukage was Mei Terumi. Therefore, he recognized her. But he still stopped. He couldn't abandon his apprentice.
