After the following event of the pile-up, Jane Charlie work together to uncover the mystery of how and why Jane saw the vision. In another city, a girl named Brenda is working in a salon, while cutting a customer's hair, she feels uneasy and looks around. After a couple minutes, Jane gets another vision of a salon exploding where Brenda works at. Jane and Charlie rushes to the salon, while Brenda gets back to working, a carved wood pierces the fuel tank of a truck causing an oil leak, the manager, Carolyn, lights up her cigarette and then accidentally drops it on the oil, causing it to explode, killing multiple people including Brenda's customer. Brenda survives, however she is badly injured. Jane and Charlie arrives just on time, Jane gets Brenda while Charlie gets the other survivors. The salon, however begins to collapse, Charlie gets everyone out while Brenda gets trapped under the debris. Jane tries to help Brenda but is too late, the salon completely collapses sealing Brenda's fate. After the '' The Salon Incident '' the victim's relatives and friends come including Jane and Charlie. After the funeral, Jane and Charlie visits Carolyn in the hospital, they explain how Jane knew the Pile-up was coming and saw it. 1 month later while Jane was shopping, she gets another vision of a woman getting decapitated by a elevator malfunction and a text that says
'' Carolyn was supposed to die that day. ''
She realizes that Carolyn is in danger and goes to the office she now works at. Jane tries desperately to find Carolyn and save her, while Carolyn was already inside the elevator, she tries to call Carolyn but to no avail, after many attempts, Jane manages to call and warn her about the elevator, she gets scared and tries to flee, when she was about to exit, a kid jumps and causes the elevator to malncfuction and get her head stuck, Jane manages to find her but it was too late. The elevator door pushes harder causing Carolyn to get decapitated.
