Alicia was surprised by that. She was over the moon to hear that her magic was special. With excitement, she said,
"So, is my magic special? What all can I do with it?"
Carl replied,
"My lady, you can use concealing and transforming magic. Concealing magic makes you invisible except in front of a divine object. And transforming magic helps you change your face and physique, but it can also be tracked with a divine object. But the divine object must be a master-class object. Any lesser class than that would not be able to track you. And these are quite limitless, that is, you can use them till your mana exhausts. We have yet to measure your mana."
Arthur spoke up,
"Carl, bring the measuring device here. We shall measure it in front of me."
The mages went and brought the mana measuring device. Alicia was instructed to place her hand on the crystal. The measuring device's hand started to rotate. It started from 100, 200.... Everyone was shocked when it reached 500, but it still kept moving, and suddenly the device's hand broke. This terrified everyone.
Carl shouted,
"Check if there is anything wrong with the device!"

Alicia got confused by all this and looked at Arthur. Arthur, who was astonished himself, started to explain,
"Alicia, something like this is very, very unusual. A normal mage has a mana capacity of about 200-300. My mana capacity is about 640, your mother's was about 750 and hers was said to have the highest in the century.... It means that you are powerful, no, you exceed your mother in every way. This was beyond imagination for me..."
Alicia felt conflicted. On one side, she was very happy to hear this news, but on the other, she was nervous about how to control such great power. Arthur ordered the mages to wrap up everything. He spoke,
"Alicia, you should go and rest. We shall wrap this up and continue with the next steps tomorrow. Alicia nodded and went to her room. All the master mages wrapped up things and left the room. Carl stayed back. Arthur said to Carl,
"To think Isa's child is capable of this much... This was beyond my belief..."
Carl replied,
"Isn't my niece quite amazing?"
Arthur asked,
"Carl, I think it's time you tell me what your relationship with her is. I allowed you last time because I thought it was something related to Isa, but now.... I think it is more than that."
