"Why? Have you taken a liking to Frost Giants recently?" Loki sneered, a look of utter mockery on his face. "You can't kill that many with your bare hands."
"You've changed."
"And so have I!"
With that, Loki swung the Scepter, slamming Thor to the ground. "Come, let's settle this!"
"I don't want the throne. I just want to be on equal footing with you!" Loki said as he began to approach Thor.
Thor, watching on the screen, was taken aback. So that's what Loki truly desires?
Nick Fury, Black Widow, and the others were also surprised.
They'd been certain Loki was just a standard, ambitious villain. But now?
Behind everything he'd done, was it simply because… he wasn't favored?
Because he envied Thor's greater favor?
