Chapter 162 - Temporary Departing

WARNING!!! Sensitive Content Ahead—

Inside the sacred solitude of her quarters, the High Priestess lay bare upon the bed, the thin rug a mere suggestion of modesty against her skin, doing nothing to hide the voluptuous curves of her body.

Bo Saixi smooth, pale legs were spread wide in a blatant display of need, a stark contrast to the wild, silver thicket of hair at their apex.

For a long moment she hesitated, fingers curled against the sheets, fighting a losing battle against the emotion consuming her.

But the Sin of Lust had already seeped too deeply into her heart.

Her fingers disappeared into the heat of her own folds, a desperate exploration of a need that had grown too powerful to ignore.

"Aahh~!"

The sound was a raw, ragged plea, torn from her throat. "Tang Yin~ I need you inside me already," she cried out, her voice a sultry, desperate prayer as she fantasized.

"Mmph~!"

Her thumb found her clit, rubbing frantic circles that sent jolts of white-hot pleasure through her. Each flick of her thumb was a jolt of pure ecstasy, a sharp, exquisite torment that made her entire body clench.

Thankfully, the protective barrier she had woven around the room—a veil of spiritual energy—kept her desires hidden from the outside world.

Without it, her cries would have surely echoed throughout the hallowed halls of the Sea God Temple, a scandalous testament to the desire burning within its chaste leader.

Bo Saixi's fingers pumped rhythmically into her slick heat, a desperate imitation of the act she craved. "Aahh!" The sound was a ragged gasp, torn from the depths of her throat.

she cried out, her voice a raw, desperate plea that bordered on a command. Her thumb worked frantic circles against her clit, each movement sending a fresh wave of pleasure crashing through.

"Ngh~!"

The sensation was electric, a raw current of white-hot pleasure that shot through her veins, making her back arch and a choked gasp tear from her throat.

Bo Saixi's toes curled up as she came loads. Her release had soaked the sheets, but the fire within her only burned hotter. Another wave of longing crashed over her, and she surrendered completely, consumed by a desire that only Tang Yin could extinguish.

The priestess was now trapped in a cycle of exquisite torment, a prisoner of her own flesh. The waves of her climax subsided, leaving her trembling and gasping on the soaked sheets.

But the ache remained, a hollow void that her own fingers couldn't possibly fill. Her need was a ravenous beast, and the second orgasm had only whetted its appetite.

Her eyes, dark with a renewed hunger, fell upon the sacred staff resting against the wall.

It was an artifact of immense power, a symbol of her divine office, its polished surface was smooth and cool to the touch.

For centuries, it had been a conduit for her spiritual energy, a sacred tool for protection. Tonight, it would be something else entirely.

With a resolve that bordered on sacrilege, she reached for it. The staff felt heavy in her grasp, not with spiritual power, but with the weight of her own forbidden intentions. She ran her hand along its length, her fingers still slick with her own essence, before guiding the carved, rounded tip towards her still-pulsing pussy.

She didn't hesitate.

With a soft cry, she pressed the sacred artifact into herself. The sensation was overwhelming—a shocking stretch of cool, unyielding pole filling the heat of her need. It was larger, deeper than her fingers, a profound penetration that stole her breath all over again.

She began to move it, slowly at first, then with increasing urgency, the rhythmic glide of the sacred staff within her a blasphemous parody of a prayer.

Each thrust was a desperate act of defiance against her vows, a wanton offering on the altar of her own lust, the name on her lips not a god, but the man she craved.

This desperate situation arose when Tang Yin suddenly informed her that, after completing the Third Test, he would soon be departing for the Douluo Continent to hunt soul beasts.

Perhaps it was Tang Chen's disappearance—the man she had once loved—that a quiet fear had taken root in her heart: the fear of losing those she became close to.

After living for more than a 100 years, Bo Saixi had watched countless people she knew and cared for fall to the passage of time, leaving her alone again and again.

And now.

Even if it was only for a few days, she couldn't bear the thought of being separated from him. But what could she do? Chain him up to make him stay in the Sea God Island forever?

Hmm.. it doesn't seem impossible?

Thankfully, after riding out wave after wave of release and once the haze of ecstasy began to fade, Bo Saixi finally forced that thought out of her mind. Clinging to him like that… Tang Yin would surely resent her for it.

She finally stepped into the bath, letting the warm water wash away every trace of her earlier indulgence.

Once she felt composed again, she slipped into her priestess robes—layers of pristine fabric that concealed her from head to toe—before heading out to join Tang Yin's group.

***

At the test area for the Third Trial, Tang Yin and the girls stood bracing themselves against the crushing Tidal Force. Thirteen hours had passed, each wave slamming into them with relentless, merciless weight.

Even Rongrong, Lingling, and Tang Yuehua—support-type soul masters by nature—had grown accustomed to this brutal training. And now, at long last, they finally met the average time required to pass the Trial.

Tang Yin noticed the three wavering on their feet. He hesitated for a moment, glancing around for the priestess to come to their aid.

For once, the priestess looked slightly… off.

"Uh… Priestess?!" Tang Yin called out loudly, snapping her from her daze.

Bo Saixi stepped forward to rescue the three. A faint stiffness lingered in her movements, something Tang Yin noticed immediately—but he chose not to comment.

"Uuu… my poor back…" A battered Rongrong whimpered, pouting as Bo Saixi supported her.

A moment later, a towering pillar of divine light descended from the heavens, enveloping the three of them. A majestic, soul shaking voice echoed across the entire Sea God Island:

"Ning Rongrong, Ye Lingling, Tang Yuehua — Top-Tier Level 7 Test, Sea God's Third Trial completed within 365 days."

[Reward: Soul Power +1 level, age of all soul rings increased by 500 years]

Another hour passed. Bai Chenxian, Xiao Mei, Meng Yiran, Huo Wu and Shui sisters finally reached their limits, their tired bodies swept away by the raging Tide. Bo Saixi acted just in time, swiftly pulling each of them to safety.

"Huo Wu, Shui Bing'er, Shui Yue'er, Xiao Mei, Meng Yiran and Bai Chenxian. Top-Tier Level 7 Red Test—Trial completed in just 325 days."

[Reward: Soul Power +1 level, age of all soul rings increased by 1000 years]

An hour later, the remaining members—whose trial had technically been completed months earlier—were also eventually overwhelmed by the Tidal Force.

"Zhu Zhuqing, Xiao Wu, Liu Erlong, Dugu Yan and Zhu Zhuyun, Top-Tier Level 7 Red Test—Third trial completed in just 299 days."

[Reward: Soul Power +1 level, age of all soul rings increased by 1500 years]

Tang Yin, still enduring the crushing waves, raised an eyebrow as he listened to the Sea God's announcements.

'The Sea God is as generous as always… a thousand-year bonus increase isn't something you see every day.' He thought as his opinion of the Sea God rose ever so slightly.

He didn't push himself either, knowing it wasn't necessary—after all, he understood his own progress better than anyone. After twenty-one hours of training, he signaled to Bo Saixi, who had appeared unusually distracted today, and brought his trial to completion.

"Completing the Level 9 task before Time limit. Tang Yin, Sea God Top-Tier Level 9 Gold Test. The third trial completions in just 345 days."

[Rewards: closeness to Sea God increased by 15%, the reward will be superimposed later]

Hoo—

Tang Yin hadn't even caught a breath before the heavens shook again, the Sea God's voice echoing across the ocean depths as a new task was declared:

"God of the Ocean's Fourth Test: Shark & Whale Battle. Aid the Devil White Sharks in eradicating the Evil Spirit Orcas."

The Trident on Tang Yin's forehead flared with brilliant light, mirrored by the seven-pointed star marks on each of the girls'. The mission details materialized before their eyes:

Gold Top-Tier, Level 9 Test: Defeat Evil Spirit Orca King and kill its descendants. Purify the ocean and earn the gratitude of your subject. Time limit: 365 days

Red Top-Tier, Level 7 Test: Accompany the Sea God's successor throughout the ordeal. Protect the Demon Spirit Great White Shark King and eliminate 15 Evil Spirit Orcas.

Time limit: 365 days

"Hmm… no more training? Woohoo!" Xiao Wu and Ning Rongrong cheered on dramatically, as they jumping up with excitement.

"You two are too lazy—always looking forward to slack off," Tang Yin shook his head, a small smile tugging at his lips as he noticed the others beaming at their new task.

"Uhm… Priestess, what exactly are these Evil Spirit Orcas? Isn't the Sea God supposed to protect all marine life?" Xiao Mei asked, still trying to wrap her head around the task.

Bo Saixi, her eyes briefly flicking to Tang Yin, glided gracefully and began to explain:

"The Evil Spirit Orcas are malevolent soul beasts, long-standing enemies of the Devil White Sharks for generations. These vicious creatures feed on other lifeforms to cultivate, which is why many of them are decades—sometimes even millennium—old. They are considered a plague by nearly all creatures."

"Just how strong are these soul beasts?" Shui Bing'er asked, curiosity shining in her eyes, especially since their task required killing at least fifteen of them.

"With three high-level support-type masters among you, and the rest of you already have Martial Soul Avatar, handling the normal Evil Spirit Orcas should be fine," Bo Saixi replied.

"As for their king… although it ranks among the top three most powerful soul beasts in the sea, with his strength, I don't foresee any issues." She locked her blue eyes with Tang Yin's, and he returned her gaze without avoiding.

"Well, you girls can go and rest for now. We'll be heading to the mainland in a few days," Tang Yin said, stretching his arms above his head. After a full year of relentless training, even he welcomed the idea of a short break.

He paused, then glanced at them with a raised brow. "But before that… do you want to take the fourth test right away, or wait until later?"

For him, the fourth test was only a formality.

With Telepathy, Killing off the Evil Spirit Orcas would be trivial. And the Evil Spirit Orca King?

An ideal eighth soul ring for Shui Yue'er.

"Sure! We want to test our strength too—after all the suffering we've gone through, it'd be a waste not to." Meng Yiran grinned. She closed the distance, brushed her fingers along his jaw, and stole a quick kiss from his lips as she left to her quarters.

"You deal with the Evil Spirit Orca King, and we'll handle the rest. Take care of us, Tang Yin," Zhuqing said. Zhuyun smirked beside her, leaned in, and together the two sisters planted soft pecks on each of his cheeks—left and right—before heading off to rest.

"I don't mind," Xiao Wu said immediately, her ears bobbing with eagerness. "The sooner we beat them, the sooner this test ends."

Rongrong nodded in perfect agreement. She tugged Xiao Wu's arm, leaned up, gave Tang Yin a brief kiss of her own, and followed Yiran, humming as they left.

One by one, exhaustion caught up with the group. Yuehua and Erlong stepped forward next—both too drained to stay awake but not too drained to plant soft pecks on his lips—before retiring to their rooms.

Soon, the others drifted away as well, each seeking the sleep they desperately needed.

And in the quiet that followed, with the entire shore settling into silence save for the rhythmic hush of the tide, only Tang Yin and Bo Saixi remained—standing beneath the gentle silver glow of the moon, alone at last.

Tang Yin's eyes met Bo Saixi's. The priestess was staring back at him just as intently. Neither spoke. They simply stood there, gazing at one another, caught in a quiet, magnetic pull.

Five seconds passed... Ten seconds...

A full minute slipped by...

Tang Yin's focus slowly drifted—first to her elegantly rising chest beneath her flowing priestess robe… then lower, following the line of her waist… then the curve of her hips.

Bo Saixi didn't seem bothered.

In fact, her own eyes were tracing over him as well, just as curious, just as assessing. Under the moonlight, the two of them looked like they were quietly savouring each other's presence.

Finally, nearly ten minutes later…

A thin line of drool threatened to escape as images of Bo Saixi—very much not wearing those robes—flashed through his mind.

Hehehe… I wonder if the priestess would agree if I invited her to my humble abode?

Hmm… better not push my luck that far yet…

It would be amazing if she said yes—but if she didn't? Then he'd have to face the combined wrath of Xiao Wu and the entire group.

Tang Yin grimaced internally.

The mental image of their furious expressions (and the painful consequences that would follow) made a shiver run down his spine.

"A–Ahem!!" He coughed suddenly, almost choking on his own spit as he snapped himself back to reality. Yeah… it's probably not worth getting murdered tonight.

Bo Saixi, too, seemed jolted out of her own wandering thoughts by Tang Yin's sudden, violent cough.

"Priestess.., we'll be leaving two weeks from now. I wish you good health," Tang Yin said, giving a proper bow. He turned to slip away before his impulse got any bolder.

"Don't worry… we'll be meeting every day," Bo Saixi suddenly blurted out.

Her voice was calm, but the abruptness was not. Before he could react, she lifted off the ground, robes fluttering, and sped toward the Sea God Temple—vanishing into the moonlit distance almost as fast as she spoke.

"Damn it!" Tang Yin cursed, punching himself for being such a coward, before trudging off to his room to sleep away his regret.
