Then again, he didn't intend to fight all the Five Elders since his goal had always been to take down this World Government from the inside, and to do that, he had to be patient by understanding everything within this world, especially the parts where the world was sinking into water.
After all, he wanted to colonize this world, so if the world sank, then wouldn't the world have no value, then?
Yet, without a doubt, as he gave them a standard respect like that in the military toward the superior, the Five Elders didn't show much anger and felt happy since he could still show them respect.
All of those with power, all of them had a certain amount of pride, which was the sin of those mortals, they thought, which caused Shinra to roll his eyes as he wondered what the difference was between them, except for where they were born.
Then again, unlike those trashy World Nobles, who were idiots and got everything based on their lineages, the Five Elders weren't weak, and they had a certain power that allowed them to destroy a country or two with ease. All of them were powerhouses that had a power comparable to a disaster.
Still, as everything was too stiff, Shinra decided to break the silence by breaking his character. "Boss, I have always wanted to meet you! As expected, your visage is so handsome! I can tell the reason why this sea is so peaceful is due to your hard work!"
One by one, he praised all of them, making them feel comfortable.

When the Five Elders thought of Gold Roger, all of them had a hint of killing intent as they wished to tear this man's body into several pieces, giving him the cruelest death, because of this man, the sea was in chaos!
"I see..." Shinra nodded, as calm as ever. "Then, it's better not to announce this problem till the day of the execution since the remnants of Gold Roger's crews might come to save Ace."
"Are you afraid?" Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro, who was in charge of finance of the World Government, asked.
"It's just wasteful."
"Wasteful?"
"While the lives of those soldiers don't matter as we can invite more people to fill the void, it will be too wasteful if they all die, especially when the World Government has given so many resources.
"This war, if it really happens, I hope that it can become a complete victory, an overwhelming one, to show how meaningless the struggle of those pirates, and show the might of the World Government, especially those kingdoms and countries, so instead of a brutal victory over the pirates with many dead due to the unexpected factors that are related to the Gold Roger, isn't it better to just end the Whitebeard Pirates with ease?"

The five people fell into a deep silence and thought that Shinra was more or less correct.
