SCENE 1 : ENCOUNTER WITH THE GREAT SAGE.
ÊRNÊNHILD - Western Midgard.
ENRREN.
40KM FROM SOUTHGATE.
Eden, the son of TARQ took off on a journey to find solution to the troubling extreme cold and rumours of killings by "impossible" creatures all over the region beyond SOUTHGATE-Eden's homeland. He rode out very early in the morning at the sound of an explosion that shook all of Southgate, together with his friend REVAN- A HORSE they journeyed to the East of the nation of ENRREN amidst the deadly cold to find solution for the dying nation as the cold was freezing everything and many times people have been found frozen solid while walking and even some while sleeping. Been a long walk from home, the two best friends decided to take a rest in a neighboring village.
" Alright buddy, my legs already hurt from the ride, am sure you need this rest as much as I do, we'll camp here for some time and hopefully get a lead about what's going on." Eden.
They walked into the village where it was cooler this time around, Eden holding REVAN could feel the chil down to his bones, they needed to be around some heat but after 30 minutes of walking all they could see were Frozen huts and lifeless bodies of people on the floor, it was a terrible sight, REVAN ( a word substitute for a horse grunting off in hesitation to continue) causing Eden to take a pause for the trail of bodies continued for another kilometer as far as they could see.
"Hang tight buddy, something is definitely off here, but we need to push ahead REVAN, look at those bodies, we might not get fire as it seems the whole village is destroyed but we could get a clue what's causing all this, it's much cooler here for some reason and I intend to find out why" Eden said closing his eyes and touching down to the flaky ground to feel the environment as REVAN kept up showing signs of his disagreement to continue with the plan but they have come so far and Eden won't back down, not even after all what is before their sight.
2 Minutes later.
" REVAN!!!" Eden yelled out reacting quickly to a bolt of freezing energy fired right at him but couldn't save his friend from the bolt, REVAN fell down and began to freeze up while Eden watched, helpless, he stood,running a few meters towards the blast to find the attacker but just around the corner was about 20 of them, 8 feet tall, blue eyed creatures, made completely of formless blue ice energy. Eden drew his sword at them.... " My best friend is dying, no thanks to whatever the source you guys are, come help him and I will spare your lives otherwise I promise you, I will cut down every single one of you" Eden cried out to them but their reply was felt in the wave of cold energy that was released as they walked closer to him, an omni-directional wave of cold energy that crumbled existing ice structures around the village, Eden sliced through this energy in time and just before he could do anything else he was stabbed by one of the Ice creatures who apparently teleported behind him, stabbing him with an icicle to the torso causing him to groan out in pain, bleeding from his mouth, he has never felt this much pain in his 20 years of living. He wasnt freezing and but was bleeding out, the creature which stabbed him was even more surprised, another teleported right in front of him and stabbed him again causing him to scream out in pain this time. His blood froze up quickly but he wasn't dying neither was he freezing, all 20 took turns in stabbing him but they still couldn't happen to freeze him up or kill him, but he was left down there unconscious and bled out.
SOME MOMENTS LATER.
A community struck with an ill fate, covered in impossible ice that even fire couldn't be lit in it, a village of thousands of frozen corpses with tens of thousands of structures all destroyed in ice waves, a community struck with such devastation and evil is seen warm again, he opened his eyes, free of all pain and was licked up by his best friend Raven.
" The sun shines once again in these lands" Eden heard Raven speak, he wasn't sure what he heard at first, so he tried to stand to the completely different reality than the one he lost consciousness to.
" Be careful Eden, the Wizard said even him couldn't heal you, and that all he did was help you heal yourself but you still needed to be whole, so I guess that means you are still not 100" Eden heard Ravan speak yet again and he coughed out
" What is going on ( coughs ), Is that you I hear Ravan?" Eden
" I am a horse, most Midgardians don't speak horse and you definitely don't, so what is he talking about" Ravan.
" Yeah I heard that, by the source Ravan what's going on, am I dead?" Eden
" No! I am afraid that's going to take more than any number of ice creatures to accomplish" A voice spoke to him, a voice like no other, he knew it wasn't that of his best friend, he knew it was someone else, someone he could feel so much comfort by the sound of his voice.
He stood up, kissing his horse on the head and looked around the living village, he smiled as he was approached by the village head.
" The Wizard would like to see you....Mr...?"
" Eden! I am Eden, what Wizard?" Eden
" Come, I'll take you, you two to him" the Village head said taking them to meet with the wizard.
It was like he had just consumed a billion Rainbow Rose, all his worries and questions vanished as he was before the presence of Elañorr.
"A Sage! You are Elañorr" Eden said, Revan rushed to lick the feet of Elañorr as he was by a fire just away from the rest of the village.
" You must be wondering what that tingling feeling is, that's a reminder that you are yet to be fully healed " Elañorr.
" I've read about you, you saved the village, you saved me and Revan, thank you but I came here to find a solution to all this problem why won't you even let me feel that need before you?" Eden
" There's very little I could make you do Eden, but this journey you took, leaving your mother behind in Southgate has brought you to me and I am your best bet in achieving whatever DESTINY awaits you" Elañor said.
" You said he isn't fully healed, what do you mean?" Revan asked and Elañor heard.
" Those ice creatures are creatures of myth, spawned to life by an unusual presence of very powerful Belief. One that shouldn't be, magic has very little effect on belief which is why I could do so little on you cause you are filled with Soo much power of Belief. I am sure you know that, it's why you survived the assault, I only helped you heal yourself this far but to completely heal yourself Eden, you need The SUNNAMIS " Elañor.
" I am very much less concerned about this tingling feeling, I left mother at home with these creatures of great power going around, if they come for Southgate, I need to be there to protect her" Eden
" You shouldn't be there, against just 20 you could barely do anything, if they come for South gate you will be just as helpless, heed me son, 20 Of those creatures is not great power but should THE SUNNAMIS not be retrieved there will be over a billion times that number and then you will know what power is, the Sunnamis, is the key to saving your health and solving this problem" Elañor
" But what has this sunnamis got to do with anything and where do we find it?" Ravan
" I have inscribed the location in his mind, it's a flower, one of the most special kind on Midgard, given to someone for its care but apparently, it's the power of the flower that's the cause of this plague on this nation, it could be a threat to the realm should it continue, find it, you have been given my name in your tongue, call it when you need me and help shall come your way, as for the question that burns your heart, Magic comes at a price, I resurrected your best friend and it seems it now shares understanding with you, I have little say in that effect, good luck now Eden!" He said and with the flames they was about he vanished.
