Morning light filtered in through the curtains, warming the still, silent air of the room. Cedric was still asleep on the bed. But even if he falls asleep, his right arm still folded protectively around Cecilia.
At some point, Cecilia slowly opened her eyes. She stirred gently, trying not to wake Cedric, then sat down on the edge of the bed.
Her gaze immediately fell on the table by the window when she woke up. A familiar paper awaited her there. This time, there was no surprise. Cecilia walked over calmly and picked up the paper to read.

Cecilia paused, then took a deep breath. They had been in Liban for too long. Now, it was time for her to end the chaos there with everyone.
