Amanda clutched the piece of paper in her hand and gritted her teeth in anger. Since everything had been exposed, Mason was nowhere to be found. She went to the apartment they always met at, but it had been deserted. She asked around the neighborhood before someone gave her the new address.
Amanda looked at the address again and a shaky laugh burst out of her lips. Mason was living well in a good neighborhood now, when he was part of the reason she ended up like this.
