Everyone was stunned, especially the lady,they all knew that Cassie never took anything concerning her parents lightly but slapping someone who was way older than you was a big taboo
Cassie face was calm,her demeanor cold and her aura deadly,it was all still the same,she faced the the director"fire that actress,I don't care if she paid this fools,give her back her money cause last time I checked,I'm your biggest investor"
The director nods his head, everyone was quiet and those sitting put their heads down not planning on talking anymore
"Take the clips you collected and post short sections of it,ask the fans waiting for the movie what they think about it and don't let anyone suppress the post" the assistant nods,he was clearly already used to this
At home
Cassie was busy sleeping in bed,she was enjoying her sleep, looking at her now you would actually think she's the innocent type,she sleeps while slightly hugging a pillow,it was still day time but yet she was sleeping, meanwhile the assistant opens the door slowly, seeing her sleeping figure he sighs,he covers her with the blanket
Adrian had known Cassie since highschool,she had beat up a few boys that were bullying him. Back then he always avoided Cassie and the same with the teachers and students,she was always so cold and heartless,she was also really smart and most times corrected teachers but not in the nicest way,she even makes the school fire the teachers who aren't improving or smart enough to teach,she was a shareholder in the school and no one dared annoy her and back then she was only 15 in highschool and just graduated from college at the age of 22,in highschool Adrian was bullied for being average, financially and academically,he was also always bullied for attracting people's girlfriends attention but could you blame him,it's not like he'd destroy his face so girls would stop looking. The only girl who didn't even bother glancing at him was Cassie and one day when he was being bullied Cassie happened to be passing by when one of the bully accidentally threw a book at her... Even if she wasn't saving him directly but was just revenging,he kept following her to the extent that she made him her assistant from highschool till now
He was still going through memory lane while watching her sleep but she soon stirred,he freezes slightly afraid she'll wake up,he kept praying and soon she sleeps right back, Adrian quickly leaves so he won't get caught, he's been living with Cassie from highschool after becoming her assistant,his room is opposite hers...he's free to leave whenever he wants to see his parents,he also has a house outside but still lives with her
When it clocked 9, Adrian goes into the room and finds Cassie isn't in bed,he knocks on the bathroom door but no one answered,he opens the door and finds her sleeping in the bathtub,he sighs
The bathtub was filled with water and the top had bubbles but her collarbone upward was still in display
Adrian gulps before squatting beside her and pats her shoulder "Hey Cassie" she frowns slightly. He pats her one more time and she slowly opens her eyes,she looks at him blankly
"what time is it?" "Few minutes passed 9"
Cassie nods and relaxes in the bathtub,not bothered that Adrian was there "you've finished work at the company?" "I worked from home today,since you know- what happened earlier"
I forgot to mention... Even though Cassie owns the computer company,she let's Adrian do most of the work and only work when necessary
