Those who passed greeted Adrian but now Adrian mind was on something "where's Cassie?"
The maid looked confused as if she didn't understand his question "sir who are you talking about?"
Hearing her ask this question, Adrian just decided to find his dad in the study,he couldn't understand what was going on
When they reached the study,the maid knocks "Mr Sakura, Mr Adrian has woken up and is here to see yo-"
She hadn't completed her words when the door opened,Mr Sakura holds Adrian hand"dad" Adrian said calmly even if his eyes were showing different emotions
Mr Sakura hugs him with relief"I told you not to overwork yourself,now are you happy you made me and your mom worried" he scolded, Adrian just hugs his father back,he didn't know what his father was talking about but didn't say anything and just shakes his head
The maid on the other hand was staring at the scene in aww
After a while Adrian was now sitting with his father in the living room,he so badly wanted to ask about Cassie but his father was still fussing over his high fever,there were a lot of doctors who had just finished examing him,his mother just ran in and was being all emotional
Adrian could only comfort them and after eating,he was taken to his room
His parents were forcing him to rest and Adrian could only lay down,he remembered everything that happened before he woke up and didn't realize when he fell asleep and just like Cassie,he got flash images
His was in highschool,him and Cassie never became close,the Cassie in this flash images was always following someone and wasn't like the Cassie he knew,after college he worked hard and somehow achieved greatness,he became rich and powerful,he lived his life without women and just focused on work...that's really just it
Adrian wakes up later in the evening,after understanding everything in this life he now understood how everything was
But he didn't plan to give up on Cassie,if he got a second chance,unless fate was cruel then he'd surely find his Cassie and so he got someone to find her and it didn't take long because Cassie had already been popular for alleged murder, disrespecting Wang and dressing different on Mr Sakura birthday
Adrian who saw the dressing of Cassie felt a little excited by the fact that that may be his Cassie
His parents who saw him looking at a girl picture couldn't help but speak up
"Is that the girl who came looking for Adrian" his mother said to Mr Sakura
Adrian looks up at them as they were standing on each side of him at the dinning before going to sit down
"It seems to be her...she had also asked of Adrian" Mr Sakura answered
"It seems they know each other and here our son acted like no woman could move him,who knew that was his type" the mother said as if scolding indirectly
But Adrian excitement was already reaching cloud 9 "so she asked of me,what else did she say"
His parents looked at him with raised brows and just smiled brightly,his mom was the first to answer"nothing,she only just asked of you once,who's she"
Adrian felt like he was punched but answered "her name is Cassie"
The parents looks at each other and then nodded"can she be considered as our future daughter in-law,I kinda like her the first time we met" the father said thoughtfully
"Old man,don't go falling in love with young girls"his mother glared at his father while pouting slightly
"I was just...it's not like that honey"
Adrian smiled
