We head back into marsh's house as then he turns on the tv.
The news reporter shows an image of us alongside runa, reportedly being the culprits for causing damage to property.
"What property? Delta's property? Runa is Alpha's property!" Marshy yelled.
"These Five Individuals are now a target of Delta And Alpha in their joint operation to exterminate them. We'll be back soon" The reporter said as the screen cuts to an ad then marsh turns off the tv in frustration
"So alpha and delta join in to kill us?! WHY HER?! IM MORE CONFUSED ABOUT HER!" he yelled slamming his hand on the table.
the knocks on the door leads us to believe its runa and indeed it was as marsh opens the door and lets her in, letting her sit down as he begins interrogating her.
"Who sent you... And why are you a target now?" Marshy spoke. Frustrated.
"Alpha knows you guys have done it. Im sorry. I shouldnt have done this... But something within me told me you guys are nothing like what the others think you are." Runa spoke softly. Her tears rolling down her cheeks as lights from outside the house blind us.
"MOVE!" marsh yelled as we rush towards the hallway with bullets flying past us
Runa pulls her gun out as she turns to marsh
"No time to waste, lets get these guys!"
Marsh nodded and nudged us to move to cover as marsh and runa fight back at the unknown soldiers.
"So quick and efficient! Good lord can they just leave us alone?!" I yelled.
Nacia and yuno shook from fear holding onto me because of course im the "guy" in the sidelines as marsh and runa just shoot rapidly at the enemies.
"Girls i cant just stand there.. Yuno take care of Nacia for us will ya?" I spoke deeply. Walking off from cover as yuno pulls out her knife defending nacia at all costs.
I rush to the neverending war of 3 wanted people versus thousands of soldiers with a purpose of taking us down.
"Marsh!" I yell at him
"MOVE!" He yells back as an explosion happens right in front of me sending me flying away to the ground.
"Ngh... Those bastards.." i speak to myself.
Runa gets tazed and shut down, marsh getting shot on the chest...
I felt powerless... Everyone in here was powerless against them...
My body felt lighter, my mind was clearer.. what the hell was going on?..
I rush to the frontlines grabbing a gun and with very high accuracy i took down most of them. Only heavy armored vehicles are left
"Maybe you needed a helping hand marsh and runa." I spoke to them as they got up.
"looks like you've awakened your ability. Maxing out your stats" he said as he looked serious now pulling his scythe out ready to strike.
Runa got up from rebooting as she healed by herself. "self healing synthetic material was in very good use here." She said as she reloaded her gun and cocked it.
"Marsh, runa. Take that damn delta heli down i dont wanna see their faces anymore. I'll handle the armored vehicles" i say to them as they aim for the helicopter and i rush to take down the armored vehicle that suddenly turned into an armored high piercing tank.
I cock back my fist...
"You... DONT.."
I yell out loud as i land the punch denting the metal and recoiling it back hard.
"MESS WITH MY FRIENDS!!" I Scream in rage as the tank shoots straight through my chest.
Huh? I thought i died fighting..
The crew in the tank looked shocked.
My chest was back.. no hole in sight as i rush in for another strike
"STOP THIS RIGHT NOW!"
i yell again as they shoot at me but i dodged it barely, running in landing another punch with all my might.
The tank moved back a little as i step back and point my finger at it
"Bang." I say as the tank was shattered, blown and sent back flying away.
Marsh and runa looked in shock as they just took down the helicopter.
"Holy crap you just sent that thing away!" Runa spoke. Absolutely stunned by the immense power hidden within me.
Marsh with a soft smile looked at me
"You're just as strong as me now.." he said softly feeling like a proud father.
In the distance more tanks appear and it happens to be delta's tanks.
"Runa, marsh back me up. These bad boys need lessons" i say to them.
"Look at you being a commander all of the sudden. Time you take the spotlight you egoist!" Marsh smugged as he spawned a missile, me and runa looked in shock at his ability to summon such huge artillery at his command.
"Lotta room to grow marcus, just let me help ya on that regard" marsh said as artillery flew past us and marsh chucked the missile so fast most of the tanks are gone by now.
"Cmon did you have to put it on easy mode?" I say to marsh.
"Shut it and get to choppin" marshy responded harshly as i obliged and started beaming the tanks left and right until they brought the big tank.. bigger than a normal one.. in fact it's two stacks big....
"Well well well.. look at that.. 3 mongrols waiting to be blown to pieces" a guy comes out of the top of the tank yelling at us.
"And who might you be mr boss number 1?" I say to him.
"Oh i just happen to be the head of delta force itself. Claus" he spoke with a smirk etched on his face.
"Claus huh? Funny you're the head of the delta force tryna kill us bystanders. Tell that to court you scum!" I yell at him.
"Government already gave us the money needed to finalize this mess we've made" claus responded.
"Not if i spoke with the president himself you half assed general!" I striked back at him with his bullcrap.
He jumps out the tank and leans forward letting black tendrils spike out of his back
"Care to get ripped apart marcus?~"
His voice was deep and distorted..
He has gone insane but being this active on a battlefield he created wont give him credit.
In fact the greatest feat was bringing their competitor or rather their rival ALHA to join in.
Marsh stepped forward in front of me as he looked at me the same way he did a month ago when we first saw eachother.
My mind realized it and stood back as claus looked at marsh
"What's up? Wanna get in first? I dont mind eating the bigger fish!~" claus spoke out loud as he rushed towards marsh.
Marsh just stood there. Motionless then i saw his hand vibrate but in reality he just punched him so fast and so had it was almost invisible to the naked eye and i completely got shocked by the damage he dealt to claus.
I realized no being in this world could touch or kill marsh.
A huge crater was made with the remains of the tank and bits and pieces of tentacles that once were claus.
"Holy...." I changed from shock to fear and so did runa.
We both rushed in to see nacia and yuno managing to defend themselves flawlessly.
"Marsh just oblitirated an entire army by himself" i spoke softly. My voice trembling from fear.
