Massive holographic displays projected across the room, showing each major conflict site on Earth in precise detail. He watched the tides of battle ebb and flow, noting the rapid deterioration of his forces at multiple key positions. His fists clenched, nails pressing into his palms as frustration and concern surged within him.

"Impossible…" He muttered. "How can they resist so effectively? How can a handful of systems and reinforcements counter my army so decisively?"

His mind raced. Countless strategies, contingencies, and countermeasures flowed through his consciousness, only to be shattered by the relentless efficiency of Earth's forces. He had anticipated resistance, but not this level of coordination and resilience.
