"That's enough," Lillian protested, turning her head away when Sebastian tried to feed her more of the chestnut pudding.
"That's where both of you are," Chase voiced out, walking over to them when he spotted them.
"Hmm, what's up," responded Sebastian.
Chase ran his hand through his hair and stated, "Don't mention it. My old man made sure that I stay beside his side the entire night, doing the boring old greetings and all that.
By the way, the guys have gathered upstairs. They should be playing poker. Both of you should join in too. I will catch up if I get the time to do it."
Sebastian's eyes fell on Lillian.
"Did you play poker before?"
Poker?
Lillian furrowed her brows.
Her friend, Sophie, had showed her few tips and tricks when she played the cards with her buddies. Because Lillian hadn't personally played it, her understanding of the game was weak.
"Let me show you the ropes then."
