I have something to say. I love my new life.
At first, I was scared and panicked because in addition to being the son of two mutant terrorists, I was also connected in a way to the largest mutant terrorist faction.
And time proved that I was right, since most of my life was me running away from the brotherhood of the government, other mutants and the X-men.
But to be honest, it kind of made my life more exciting. Even with the evident danger and the constant threat of death, who has never imagined themselves having super powers and living adventures alongside eccentric figures?
Although I think no one imagined himself being the son of the villains and having half the world against him. Well, that's what makes the experience more interesting.
I also discovered other things about the world I'm in. Some good, some bad.
One question that some may have is how I get so much information. Well, Mystique's powers allow her to infiltrate anywhere, especially highly protected government bases. Obviously she would never say everything she knows to a child, but with my mental powers I don't even need her to tell me, I find out on my own.
One of the most worrying for me was that Xavier had a child with Moira McTagert. Those who know the comics know very well the misfortunes it can cause.
David Haller, or maybe McTagert in this universe, is Xavier's son in the comics with the power to manipulate reality as he pleases, but with a mind too unstable to withstand his power.
Just like his father, David manages to cause some very serious catastrophes when he gets out of control. I don't know if who will be born will really be David or if he will have the same powers, since I'm not in the universe of comics, but the best thing is always to expect the worst.
Another thing is that there are many other mutant factions around the world. I thought they would only have the X-men, the brotherhood and the hell club as it was in the comics, but it seems not.
As soon as the mutants were discovered and the mutant hunt began, the only solution was to get together and form groups, because it was more difficult to beat an entire group of mutants than to beat a single mutant.
The most active and dangerous in America are:
The Mutant Brotherhood: group I'm part of and I don't think I need to explain much.
The X-men: led by Charles Xavier, act as a peacekeeping force that wants peace between humans and mutants and always tries to avoid conflict.
The Hell Club: now under mysterious management and with many mysteries running around the place, it is known that whoever is in charge now, is managing to gather powerful mutants to his side. It is not known what the goal of this faction is or what it plans for humans and mutants.
The wedding ring (what a creative name, right? ): very similar to brotherhood, it is a group that says it exists to promote the superiority of mutants over humans and wants to unite all mutants to dominate the world and end humanity.
The guild of monsters (at least it's better than the other name): formed by mutants who have grotesque and monstrous appearances that prevent them from living among humans, is the most brutal and ruthless faction among the others, carrying out massacres, terrorist attacks, kidnappings and all kinds of things, while also promoting torture, r*pe and all kinds of merciless action against humans.
The cult of the mental eye (honestly, mutants are lacking creativity): formed by mutants with mental powers and led by the Lord of the Mind, this group does not seek peace or war, always being on the neutral side. They avoid conflicts with the other factions, but they would not hesitate to attack if they were provoked.
These are the most important, the others within America don't matter much. If there was a war between humans and mutants, those I mentioned would have a critical role.
And also, Bolivar Trask has already started the development of sentinels. If everything is like in the movies, then this will have like in the movie days of a forgotten future.
I wouldn't say that all these changes are critical or deeply affect the original timeline, but I want to keep an eye on every little detail to avoid falling into a mess that I don't know how it will end.
But now that we've talked a little about this universe, let's talk a little about myself, but specifically about my powers.
When I was a baby, all I could do was read people's superficial thoughts and feel their emotions, but this evolved a lot over time.
I have many powers but simplifying, I inherited the best from my parents. From Emma Frost, I gained the mental powers and the diamond shape. From Sebastian Shaw, I gained the power to absorb energy. But that's not all.
In addition to Emma's mental powers, I also gained telekinetic abilities until strong, managing to lift that weigh up to 100 kilos.
And in addition to the diamond shape, which makes my body as hard as a diamond and considerably increases my strength, I can also manipulate crystals, especially diamond. That is, I can make a diamond emerge from my body, make them take the shape I want and I can even control the size.
And besides, these diamonds are as true as those that come out of the mines, which makes me a source of infinite money. Or not so much, since I still don't fully control my powers.
As for energy absorption, I would say that I'm still a little weaker than Sebastian. Just like him, I can naturally absorb any form of energy be it light, heat, electricity or even radiation and then convert it into physical force or use it to increase my life time.
But since I'm still a child and my skills haven't fully matured yet, this skill is still not perfect. For example, Sebastian could take a punch and would not feel anything, since his body would absorb the kinetic energy generated by the punch. But if I get punched, I will absorb the kinetic energy but not all, making me take part of the damage.
Well, taking into account that my mutant skills get stronger as I grow and that I can also improve them over time, I have no doubt that I can reach Sebastian's level after a few years of training.
