Chapter 3 - Sister Will Help You To Leveling Up.

Jace Leon, the Deputy Director of the Huavelle City Education Department, had come in person—his presence alone spoke volumes about the importance of this meeting.

Despite the intense gazes fixed on her, Luceris showed no sign of nervousness.

She calmly took her seat across from the officials and opened the discussion by explaining the professional traits of the "Dimensional Divine Wearer."

Upon learning that this unique class could gain power through collecting, crafting, and equipping special items, everyone present furrowed their brows.

There were far too many concerns.

First of all—Were the required materials excessively rare? Was the resulting power even proportional to their cost?

Secondly—The upgrade path seemed indirect and overly complicated. That alone could hinder smooth progression.

From what they could tell, it was a hidden class… without any real highlights.

A brief silence fell.

Then Jace took off his reading glasses and asked plainly, "Luceris, what does your current Dimensional Divine Equipment look like? Can you show it to us?"

Luceris shook her head. "Unfortunately, I don't have one yet. Without the required materials for synthesis, it's impossible."

That answer brought another wave of silence. Everyone exchanged glances.

The red-haired woman in military uniform leaned forward, her tone sharp with curiosity. "Do you know what kind of materials are needed?"

"I carry a space ring with me,"

Luceris replied after a moment's thought. "There might be some things inside that meet the requirements. For example: sacred tree vines, sky spider silk, fountain of youth minerals, fantasy flower seeds…"

She went on to list over a dozen different rare materials, each one cataloged in the "World Original Code."

Everyone was stunned.

Even the most "common" of those items could only be acquired through level 50 dungeons—and even then, with low drop rates.

Some materials were so rare that even these high-ranking officials had little or no access to them.

And yet these were only materials for a level 10 character to synthesize divine equipment?

"You… Are you serious?" the woman in military garb asked in disbelief.

Gasps filled the room.

The value of those materials easily added up to tens of millions.

But Luceris remained unfazed.

"These are just auxiliary materials," she said coolly. "I haven't even mentioned the core components yet."

Another wave of silence swept the room.

Tens of millions... just for support materials?

What on earth were the core materials, then? Could they be mythical components like Dragon Bone, Demonic Factors, or Angel Tears?

Items of that level were so scarce that even national stockpiles barely had them.

Everyone's eyes turned back to Luceris—now filled not just with surprise, but something close to pity.

A rare hidden class...And yet the requirements to create divine equipment were so extreme. Was it really a trash profession in disguise?

Even if the Education Department was willing to invest in her, the price might be too high.

Tens of millions? They could handle that.

But what if the core materials were exponentially more expensive?

They were willing to pay beyond expectations for the sake of potential—but even government officials had limits.

Luceris sensed the subtle shift in their expressions.

It was time to play her next card—to secure their trust and resources.

"There's one more thing I'd like to report," she said.

Jace Leon sighed, pinching his brow. "What is it this time?"

Luceris replied calmly, "Regarding the core material—it's something that cannot be found in any known dungeon in the world."

The officials immediately looked up.

What did she mean by that?

Luceris continued, "I can open an independent dungeon. The core materials drop from there."

The room went silent.

Then suddenly—Jace shot to his feet.

"What did you say?" he asked, voice sharp with disbelief. "You can open an independent dungeon!?"

Luceris nodded. "And we can form a party."

The mood in the office changed in an instant.

Now they were no longer looking at her with pity or doubt. Their eyes gleamed with a reverence reserved for untapped treasures.

Mystery had always fascinated humankind.

All across the world, countless dungeons were shrouded in fog. All nations spared no effort in exploring secret realms, hunting for mythical items and divine artifacts—racing to claim dominance on this planet.

Eastern nations, by comparison, had fallen behind.

But now...

Luceris was telling them, here and now, that she could create a new dungeon, one unseen by the world?

Jace Leon, an experienced official, quickly reined in his excitement. He reminded himself of Luceris's current level—just 10.

Even if she could open an independent dungeon, would the drops be valuable enough to matter?

Still, no matter the answer—It was undeniably thrilling.

The red-haired officer stepped forward, standing close to Luceris. Her uniform barely contained her voluptuous form, and her tone was flirtatiously bold.

"Let's go. Big sister will help you level up."

The others remained seated, refraining from grand gestures.

They were cautious—rightfully so.

Until they saw firsthand what kind of materials dropped in this dungeon, they would reserve judgment.

No one could be blamed for being pragmatic.

The path to power had always been this ruthless.

The government could tolerate losses—but never excessive ones.

Jace Leon gave a crisp order. "Lean, Sele—take her to clear the independent dungeon immediately. Assess the situation."

The woman in uniform and a white-haired magical girl both nodded and smiled warmly at Luceris.

Luceris smiled back, though her heart grew heavy.

This was it.

If she wanted to rise above everyone—this was her only chance.

She could only hope…

That the contents of her dungeon would not disappoint.
