"Alright… Get the hell up," Sanji said as he grabbed the kid and pulled him up roughly, without much effort at all, yanking him towards him by the neck of his ragged, round-neck shirt.

This caused the kid to hurriedly limp, trying desperately not to fall again, grunting and cussing in pain as he hopped on just one leg.

Seeing the guy couldn't possibly keep up with his pace, Sanji just picked him up like a sack of seeds, slinging him over his shoulder, and then proceeded back towards his car.

When they reached the vehicle, Sanji roughly tossed the kid onto the hood of the car; not hard enough to actually dent the hood, but certainly hard enough to send a sharp, jarring pain through his right shoulder and all the other body parts that slammed against the car's cold, metal surface.

This made the guy yelp out another short, but loud, grunt of pain.
