"No Tribute!?" Mai Valentine was surprised. This was the first time she had seen a monster Effect like this. After all, the rules regarding 'Tribute Summon' had only recently been announced by Pegasus's Industrial Illusions. She herself had only received information from Rex while on the boat and started adjusting her Deck, yet Chumley had already obtained a monster with such an Effect.
As expected, this guy's relationship with Pegasus was definitely not shallow.

A fierce hurricane erupted after Mai Valentine Discarded a Card from her Hand. Earth Star Swordsman and (Ojama Yellow) had been Special Summoned by the Effects of (Unexpected Dai) and (Ojama Country) respectively, making them the targets of (Special Hurricane), instantly sweeping them into the hurricane and Destroying them.
As the Ojama monsters Left the Field, (Gaia)'s ATK also reverted to 2300 as (Ojama Country)'s Effect became inactive.

"Perfect timing, avoiding an extra 200 points of Damage..." If Mai Valentine had Activated this Card before (Gaia)'s Attack, then due to (Ojama Yellow) leaving the Field, (Gaia)'s ATK would have been 200 points higher than before. "I end this Turn."
