Nolan was speechless when she suddenly hugged him.
The corners of his mouth twitched slightly. He wanted to push her away roughly but held back.
Carefully, he tried to push her shoulders away but failed.
Her embrace was too tight, like iron claws.
Letting out a long sigh, he patted her back and said, "Can you move away from me? I can't breathe."
Sylvia came to her senses and hurriedly stepped back, her face red.
"I-I'm sorry! I didn't mean it! Don't get me wrong!"
She waved her hands frantically, as if afraid Nolan would think she was a cheap woman.
Nolan chuckled softly and shook his head.
"It's okay. Don't worry about it. But…"
A playful smile was hidden behind the mask covering his face.
"It's very funny to see someone as strong as you, Master Tower, acting like that. If other people saw it, I'm sure they'd be surprised."
Sylvia's embarrassment only grew. She had never expected to meet the Singularity of Chaos, let alone be teased by him.
