"Master, you're back!"
Jisha froze in shock at Sylvia's sudden appearance.
Olivia, sitting beside her, was just as surprised and quickly rushed over to Sylvia alongside Jisha.
Sylvia opened her mouth to speak, but her crybaby disciple leapt forward and hugged her tightly.
"Woaa! Master, I missed you so much! I thought you were dead! Woaa!" Jisha cried hoarsely, clinging as if she would never let go.
Olivia's eyes welled up too. She wanted to hug Sylvia as well but felt too shy to move.
Sylvia smiled, gently patting Jisha's head.
"Don't cry anymore. I'm here," she said softly.
But Jisha didn't stop, her sobs continuing for a few more moments.
After five minutes, she finally released her grip. Wiping her tears, she scanned Sylvia from head to toe.
"Master, what really happened to you? How did you survive?"
She remembered the danger Sylvia had faced—the white dragon at a catastrophic power level.
Survival had seemed impossible. Yet here she was, safe and alive.
