Megan stood near the marriage hall, quietly staring at the large Devis family photo hung on the wall.
Her fingers brushed the frame gently.
Megan: "…You could've changed, you know.
If you did… everything would have been easier.
Why didn't you?" 🥲
Amber walked up beside her.
Amber: "Sometimes… emotions can blind a person from the truth, Megan." 😊
Megan sniffed softly and wiped her tears.
Amber: "Look… if Lauran truly wanted to live, she would have.
But she didn't choose that path.
We couldn't control that, dear." 😊
Megan: "I miss her… sis." 🥺

"Do you know… who will take her place now?" 🙂

A young man in his early 20s walked in.
Tall, strikingly handsome, carrying a warm, positive aura.
He stopped right behind Amber.
Man: "Excuse me." 😊
Both women turned around.
Amber examined him.
Amber: "Do you need something, Mr…?" 😐
Man: "Sorry to interrupt,
but could you tell me where Harry's room is?" 😊
Megan: "And… you are?" 🙁
Man: smiling softly
"Lusifer." 😊
Both women froze.
Amber & Megan: "…" 😶
Lusifer: laughs awkwardly

May I know where his room is?" 🙁
