Due to the fact that Apollo was still in slumber, he hadn't launched an attack on Daniel yet.
But even though there was still a vast distance between the two, Daniel could already feel waves of searing heat washing over him.
And just within a few seconds, his HP was completely depleted. It was only thanks to [Dance of Death] that this clone hadn't instantly perished.
Almost at the same time, Daniel summoned all of his [Spirit of Skills].
He was now fully prepared to make a move against Apollo.
And his plan was simple—his only option, really—he would use [Mind Hunt] to completely corrupt Apollo.
As long as the target was below godhood, mental corruption would still take effect.
However, there was a prerequisite for using [Mind Hunt]: Daniel had to land a slash on the target's physical body with his dagger.
The biggest problem now was that just being in proximity to Apollo, even at such a distance, was already burning him.
So how could he possibly get close enough?
