Chapter 13 - Muxiao

Ten minutes earlier, Natsumi Sakura, returning home with her mother, had no chance to escape the confined space of the car. The horrific events at their school left her mother shaken, yet grateful that her daughter was one of the few survivors.

Seeing the hellish scene at the school, Natsumi's mother could hardly believe what her daughter had endured. It was Natsumi, now calm, who comforted her trembling family.

After some soothing words, she finally managed to calm her emotionally overwhelmed mother. For now, at least, the mysterious monsters seemed to be dealt with, though many questions remained.

Sitting in the car, Natsumi glanced back at the pitch-black school, a place both familiar and alien, growing smaller in the distance. A sense of relief washed over her, as if she had escaped hell itself.

But more than that, her thoughts were on him. Thinking of Muxiao Xiao, she could barely wait to settle her parents once they got home. Using her mother's phone, she eagerly contacted him.

And then she set out to find him…

"I thought you wouldn't stay put like a good boy," the blue-haired girl said with a giggle, clearly in a great mood. She reached out, playfully patting his round head. "Muxiao, you're so well-behaved. Surprisingly obedient~"

"…"

Woman, don't push it.

Hmph, you really don't know what it means to fear me!

Feeling his dignity challenged, Muxiao's tentacles coiled, swiftly binding the girl in front of him—shoulders, arms, waist, and legs all tightly wrapped in an instant, creating a striking kikkou shibari (turtle-shell bondage).

"Foolish human, hurry up and present your offerings!"

For some reason, seeing those words made Natsumi want to laugh, especially with his serious attempt at acting majestic—it was just too amusing. "Yes, yes, but first, let's go home."

The bound girl remained completely unfazed. "Muxiao, let's go home together~"

"…Aren't you scared?" Muxiao couldn't wrap his head around this girl's thought process. Is my majesty really that unimposing?

"Why would I be scared? You wouldn't hurt me," she said, then paused for a moment, lowering her head. Her voice turned soft and wistful. "Besides, even if you… did want to hurt me, I wouldn't resist."

What does that mean?

Seeing her trail off, Muxiao scratched his head, utterly confused about what she was implying. Riddle-speaking people, get out of Japan! If you've got something to say, just say it!

Natsumi's exquisite, radiant face flushed with a hint of girlish shyness. Her sapphire-like eyes darted away, her collagen-rich skin soft and flawless, her long lashes fluttering slightly. Her pink, plush lips parted, letting out an enticing breath.

Her school uniform-clad figure, accentuated by the kikkou shibari, looked even more graceful and alluring—a tantalizing mix of resistance and invitation. Combined with her earlier words, it felt like some kind of hint.

Yet she hadn't spelled it out, leaving room for wild imagination.

Wait, do you think I'm so obsessed with power that I'm immune to feminine charms? That you can tease me without consequence? Damn it! Sure, my monster form makes me less inclined to act on lustful thoughts, but that doesn't mean I'm some ascetic saint without desires!

You're underestimating me!!

Muxiao decided that, hint or not, he had to retaliate. Otherwise, this girl would walk all over him in the future.

Swish—

The kikkou shibari loosened, freeing Natsumi. Before she could ask anything, one tentacle lingered, sliding through her silky ponytail, over her shoulder.

"!!!"

Natsumi's eyes widened as the tentacle twisted in front of her, brushing close to her body—teasingly near, yet not quite touching. Her momentary shock was caught by Muxiao, who chuckled inwardly.

But after the brief surprise, the blue-haired ponytail beauty parted her lips as if to speak, only to swallow her words. Her cheeks burned as she lowered her head slightly, turning her face aside in silence.

What's that supposed to mean?

Okay, the hint seemed pretty clear—she wasn't resisting or refusing. Seeing Natsumi sit still behind the tree, leaning against the trunk on the grass, Muxiao squinted. His tentacle inched closer.

Rustle—

It wasn't forceful, just a soft brush against her clothing.

Definitely a D-cup.

"Mmm…" A faint whimper escaped Natsumi's lips as she bit them, her face growing hotter. A wave of embarrassment surged through her!

So embarrassing… Yet, strangely, she didn't dislike it. Daisuke Hanaya had disgusted her, but Muxiao, despite his inhuman form—

"Eek~"

The tentacle, sensing no resistance, grew bolder, eliciting an uncontrollable yelp from Natsumi.

A jolt like electricity coursed through her, tingling and numbing, her body trembling. Something was… off.

"Mmm~"

Her body wasn't responding properly—what was happening? Natsumi leaned against the tree, her hands clutching the grass, her teeth gritted, her heart racing.

Seeing she still didn't stop him, Muxiao found himself losing control. The girl's scent and the softness of her body were intoxicating.

"Haa…"

Both of them lost themselves in the moment, immersed in the romantic atmosphere under the starry sky. Muxiao's tentacle slowly slid upward, reaching her pale neck, then slipping under her clothes at her collarbone.

"Ah—!"

The touch of foreign skin snapped Natsumi awake.

With a flustered cry, she hugged her chest, turning sideways in a mix of shame and indignation. From the side, her body's curves were even more defined—perfect proportions, a slender waist that could be grasped with one hand.

This vibrant ponytail girl had the potential to be both sensual and captivating, though no one had ever drawn out this side of her.

Until today, when a glimpse of it emerged.

"Muxiao, you jerk!"

Her heart in turmoil, the shy girl struggled for a moment before muttering something so soft it was almost inaudible.

Damn, I got carried away. Muxiao sighed inwardly. Lust really is poison—even a gentleman like me couldn't resist, sinking into it.

"It's all your fault, Natsumi. Your body's too seductive—it clouded my judgment for a moment."

Muxiao quickly shifted the blame.

"Blaming me with that excuse? You're too much, Muxiao," she said, though her heart secretly fluttered. Was she happy because he'd complimented her?

Sure, calling her "seductive" was weird, but… it was a compliment, right?

"Actually, I'm a proper guy," Muxiao typed suddenly, raising the phone with utmost seriousness to communicate with Natsumi. "But ever since I became a tentacle monster, I keep having these lewd, indecent thoughts. This monster body torments me, keeping me up at night. Uncontrollable desires plague me constantly—"

"I don't want to be like this, but sometimes it's so hard to control. Ugh, a disgusting monster like me doesn't deserve true love. I'm doomed to live in dark corners, surrounded by trash…"

His heartfelt confession left Natsumi stunned. Before Muxiao could pat himself on the back, she lunged forward.

"Muxiao, you were a human turned into a monster!"

"…"

Is that the point?!
