That's the truth. I know some of you have been waiting patiently, checking in every day or every week to see if a new chapter dropped. Others may have given up already, thinking I abandoned the story entirely. And in a way, I did—at least for a while. Writing is something I deeply enjoy, but at the same time, life has a way of dragging you down until you don't even have the motivation to put words on a page.
