Selina entered the pub, and she scanned the room in search of Martin. Although the pub was filled with customers, she couldn't see him anywhere.
She needed some money for her pregnancy journey since Zane didn't care.
"Hey," she called softly.
The waitress stared at Selina but couldn't see her features due to the disguise.
"Welcome to—" the waitress was interrupted.
"I'm not here for a meal. I want to see Martin. It's me, Selina,"
Upon hearing that, the waitress's breath hitched nervously.
"Boss... he's on the VIP floor," the waitress stammered.
Selina knew that entering the VIP lounge was risky; it was a place filled with "wolves," and someone like her didn't belong there. She might lose her temper and end up in trouble.
With a softened expression, Selina pleaded, "Please tell him I'm here."
The waitress nodded hesitantly before moving away from the counter.
