Anna stared at the man before her, her lips slightly parted. It took her a long moment before she even managed to blink.
Aidan was a twin?
And this man, Jayden, or whoever he was, was his twin?
When she finally recovered from the shock, she straightened her shoulders, forcing her tone to sound colder than she felt. "What exactly do you want?"
She couldn't help but wonder why his twin was standing at her door, this early in the morning.
Jayden's expression remained calm, the grin still on his face. "Aidan sent me to you."
The mention of that name was like cold water splashing over her. Heat rushed to her cheeks and her eyes narrowed sharply, as she feigned anger. "I do not have any business with him. He has no reason to send you to me. If you'll excuse me."
