Chapter 7 - CHAPTER 7

Ryan Thompson was at a loss for words when he suddenly heard Andria mumbling in her sleep, "Ryan Thompson, you jerk! Get off my bed!" Hearing her voice, Ryan let out a sigh of relief, but a bitter smile crept onto his face.

Andria was even Scolding him in her dreams-how pathetic was he? Turning to look at Andria lying on the bed, Ryan found it hard to look away.

She worked out every day, which made her figure incredibly tempting. Her curves were stunning, especially her long, shapely legs. Andria was definitely the ultimate goddess in the eyes of many boys at school!

Ryan had only recently come to understand the dynamics between men and women. He had tried to touch Andria before, but she had firmly rejected him. For the past year, he had been sleeping on the floor, and it had been over a year since he had held her.

Unable to resist, Ryan walked over and gently stroked her face-it felt so soft. As he glanced at Ryan's chest, a rush of heat surged through him.

He quickly stood up; if he kept staring, he might end up doing something he would regret. He didn't want to be like those two guys from earlier. Instead, Ryan took out Andria's phone, opened her Snapchat, and added himself as a friend.

He had never added anyone since creating that account, so Andria would have no idea it was him.

There must have been some issue with her training company; otherwise, she wouldn't have come here to drink. If she needed help, Ryan wouldn't mind transferring some money to her.

After sending the friend request, Ryan left. Back in his own room, Ryan took a shower and tried to sleep. By morning, he checked out early, as he needed to go to the agency to handle some housing paperwork.

"My head hurts!" Andria woke up, confused as she looked around the unfamiliar room. Suddenly, memories of last night flooded back-had she been assaulted?

Panic surged through her as she pulled back the covers, only to freeze in place. She was still fully dressed, and there was no pain or

discomfort. Did that mean she hadn't been attacked after all?

Curious, she went to the bathroom to strip down and check herself. To her surprise, everything seemed fine. What was going on? She distinctly remembered those two jerks dragging her in. She struggled to recall the events of the night.

There had been a loud shout-yes, that's it! Could it be that someone had saved her? It had to be!

Jasmine let out a sigh of relief as she got dressed and sat on the edge of her bed. She sighed again, realizing that she could finally transfer her training company. She didn't want to deal with what happened last night anymore.

Ding!

A Snapchat notification popped up. Andria looked at her phone in confusion; it was a message from a stranger named "Tycoon." Is he really a tycoon?

"Are you awake?" Seeing the message, Andria's heart raced. This had to be the person who saved her last night and added her on Snap!

She quickly typed back: "Tycoon, are you the one who saved me last night?"

"Sort of."

"Thank you! Do I know you?" Andria asked.

"No."

"Then how can I thank you? If it weren't for you last night, I would have..."

"No need to thank me, but I do advise you to avoid being alone with strangers in hotels. It's too dangerous!"

"Thanks, I had some issues with my company, which is why I..." Andria replied. After ten seconds of silence, Andria sighed. He probably thinks I'm just some loose woman and doesn't want to talk to me anymore.

Still, she felt grateful and wanted to meet him. She put her phone down, but then Ding!

The Tycoon transferred her 500,000! Andria was stunned. This person actually sent her 500,000? Andria was taken aback and quickly replied, "Rich guy, what are you doing?"

"Isn't your company struggling? I'll transfer some money to you, and you won't have to drink with people anymore." Andria was sure she hadn't misread the message. Taking a deep breath, she responded, "Thank you, but you saved me last night, and I haven't even thanked you yet. How can I take your money?" There was no reply from him! But then, ten seconds later-ding!

The rich guy transferred $500,000! Andria was utterly shocked. Was this really a rich person? When did she meet someone like this? Curious, she clicked on the "rich guy" profile to see his photos, but there were none. Who was this person?

"Thank you, but really, I can handle my own problems," Andria finally replied. She couldn't accept such a large sum from a stranger, nor did she dare to. "Alright, but if you need help, feel free to contact me." Seeing the "rich guy" respond, Andria typed a quick thank you and then put her phone down in confusion.

Who was this person? Why was he helping her? Filled with uncertainty, she thought fora moment and decided to sell her house. She could buy a smaller one and use the leftover money to try to revive her training company.

After all, her house and car were both earned through that training company! It felt wrong to just give up like this.

Determined, she started packing her things, planning to move out and contact a real estate agent to sell her house. Meanwhile, Ryan Thompson looked at his phone and let out a bitter smile. She didn't want the money he sent?

Well, at least he had made a connection with Andria. He never expected to be able to chat with her, and so politely too-too bad it wasn't face to face. Ryan Thompson thought to himself that if Andria really ran into trouble, she would probably come to him for help.

He could assist her then. Before long, he arrived at the real estate agency. When the staff who had sold him his house saw Ryan, they immediately offered him tea and water, welcoming him to sit down.

This deal had already earned them a lot this month; Ryan was practically their lucky charm!

"Mr. Thompson, please wait a moment. The owner will be here shortly," the staff member said politely.

Ryan nodded. He had no classes that morning since the holidays were approaching, so he played on his phone for a bit. Suddenly, he noticed Andria's car pull up outside, and he was taken aback. Could it be that high-tech tracking had led her to him?

Don't panic, that's impossible. But why was Andria suddenly at the agency? Was she selling a house? Taking a deep breath, Ryan quickly excused himself to the restroom and cautiously peeked outside.

He saw Andria walk in with a bag, and the other staff members immediately greeted her warmly. It was clear to everyone that Andria had the means to spend. After just a few exchanges, the agency staff had Andria sign some papers, and then she left in her car.

Ryan stepped out and asked, "What was that beautiful lady here for?"

"She was selling a house!" Ryan felt helpless. So Andria was really selling a house? Was her company in that much trouble? They hadn't spoken much before, so he had no idea what her situation was like.

He hadn't expected this. Soon, the owner of the property Ryan wanted to buy arrived. The agency staff took Ryan and the owner to complete the paperwork, which took until the afternoon. But finally, Ryan had his own house!

Just a few days ago, he had been worried about where to eat. Having a wealthy mom was definitely a blessing!

Back at the agency, Ryan asked the employee who had just returned with Andria about her situation. The employee said, "That lady was selling a three-bedroom house, about 1,600 square feet. Based on the market rate of around $4,000 per square foot, it's about $1.7 million. She mentioned that if you can pay in full, she could lower the price by up to $20, 000!"

"So it could be around $1.5 million to settle everything!" Ryan's eyes lit up. "Mr. Thompson, are you interested?" The employee's eyes sparkled. A client who could drop over $500,000 on a property was definitely worth pursuing!

"Hold on, let me make a call," Ryan said, pulling out his phone to call his mom. The call connected quickly. "Ryan!"

"Mom, I need a little more money... " Ryan Thompson said. "Sure, I'll transfer you twenty million right now!" His mom chuckled lightly.

"Mom, I need it for buying a house, but it's not enough, so.." Ryan explained. "No need for any excuses. If my son needs to spend

money, he can spend as much as he wants. Just tell me how much you need," she replied.

Ryan felt his eyes well up with tears. His parents had been absent during his childhood, and now that they were back, they treated him so well. It felt surreal, even if it was what he should expect.

"Thank you, Mom."

"Don't be silly. I'll send it right now." After hanging up, within five minutes, his phone buzzed with a notification: twenty million had arrived!

Adding that to the leftover money, he now had around Twenty one million. Ryan took a deep breath and walked over to the real estate agent. "Call her right now and tell her someone wants to buy her house!"
