A Day of Love and Laughter
After her bath, Cee stepped out of the tub, wrapping a fluffy towel around herself. Before she could reach for another towel to dry her hair, Carlos beat her to it.
"Sit," he ordered gently, guiding her to sit on the bathroom counter.
Cee blinked up at him as he carefully dried her hair, his fingers moving with surprising tenderness. She had never had anyone take care of her like this before, and the intimacy of the moment made her heart squeeze.
"You don't have to do this," she murmured.
Carlos shot her a playful glare. "If I didn't want to, I wouldn't be doing it, baby."
She bit her lip, her cheeks heating.
Once he was satisfied, he leaned down and pressed a kiss to her damp forehead. "All done. Now, let's get you dressed before I decide to ravish you again."
Cee gasped, swatting at his chest. "You're insufferable!"
Carlos laughed, catching her wrist and kissing her palm. "And you love it."
Cee rolled her eyes but couldn't hide her smile as he led her out of the bathroom.

Lazy Mornings & Breakfast in Bed
By the time they made it back to the bedroom, Carlos had already picked out a fresh shirt for her—one of his oversized button-ups.
"Wear this," he said, handing it to her.
Cee arched a brow. "You just want to see me in your shirt, don't you?"
Carlos smirked. "Guilty. But can you blame me?"
She huffed but still put it on, rolling her eyes when he looked at her like she was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen.
They made their way to the kitchen, and Carlos insisted on cooking for her.
"You? Cook?" Cee teased as she leaned against the counter, watching him pull out ingredients.
Carlos shot her a smug look. "I might surprise you, sweetheart."
And he did. Within minutes, the smell of pancakes, eggs, and bacon filled the air. Cee watched in awe as he moved effortlessly around the kitchen.
When he finally served the food, he carried the tray back to the bedroom, pulling her onto the bed with him.
"Breakfast in bed? Fancy." Cee grinned as she took a bite of the fluffy pancakes.
Carlos leaned back against the headboard, watching her with a lazy smirk. "Only the best for my girl."
Her heart fluttered at my girl, but she quickly stuffed her mouth with food to hide her reaction.
Carlos chuckled. "You're adorable when you get shy, you know that?"
She shot him a playful glare but couldn't stop herself from smiling.

Playful Banter & A Movie Marathon
After breakfast, they lazed around in bed, watching movies. Carlos pulled her onto his lap, wrapping his arms around her waist as they snuggled under the covers.
Halfway through the second movie, he started nuzzling her neck, planting teasing kisses just below her ear.
"Carlos," she whined, squirming.
"What?" he murmured, smirking against her skin. "I'm just appreciating my girlfriend."
Cee tried to glare at him but failed miserably when he pulled her down for a lingering kiss.
Eventually, they settled back into watching the movie, though Carlos kept sneaking kisses whenever he got the chance.

An Afternoon Out & More Surprises
After lounging around for most of the morning, Carlos finally convinced Cee to go out with him.
"I have something planned," he said, refusing to tell her where they were going.
She pouted but let him lead her to the car.
To her surprise, he took her to a beautiful garden restaurant with fairy lights and soft music playing in the background.
"Carlos…" she whispered, touched by the effort he had put into everything.
He pulled out her chair for her, pressing a kiss to her forehead before sitting across from her. "I wanted to do something special for you."
As they ate, he kept sneaking glances at her, his eyes filled with something deeper than just attraction.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" she finally asked, feeling shy under his intense gaze.
Carlos reached across the table, taking her hand in his. "Because I'm in love with you, Cee."
Her breath caught in her throat.
He smiled softly. "I didn't plan to say it yet, but it just feels right. I love you."
Cee felt a rush of emotions she wasn't ready for. Tears welled in her eyes as she squeezed his hand.
"Carlos…" She took a shaky breath before whispering, "I love you too."
The pure joy that flashed across his face before he leaned in to kiss her made her heart soar.
By the time they returned to Carlos' apartment, the atmosphere between them had changed. There was no hesitation, no fear—just love and longing.
Carlos pulled her into his arms the moment they stepped inside. "Stay the night again."
Cee nodded, knowing she never wanted to leave.
As they lay in bed, wrapped up in each other, Carlos whispered against her hair, "You were supposed to give me an answer today about us… Does this mean we're forever?"
Cee smiled, tracing patterns on his chest. "It means I'm yours. Forever."
Carlos kissed her deeply, pouring every ounce of his love into it.
"Then I'll spend forever making you happy."
And with that promise, they fell asleep in each other's arms, knowing that their love story was just beginning.
