"Absorbed?" one of Tsezguerra's companions whispered, the question echoing in the hushed gymnasium.
Everyone slowly fell silent.
'He really did absorb it!' Tsezguerra thought, his face paling.
'That ability is... monstrous.' Every Nen user present could imagine the terrifying implications of such an ability. In a real fight, that one ability alone would be a crippling disadvantage for the opponent.
The sight of Loki absorbing Razor's Nen left the gymnasium in stunned silence. Everyone swallowed hard. Razor stood motionless, staring at Loki, his small eyes wide open.
'Monster!!' The sight of Loki absorbing Razor's Nen brought a single word to Razor's mind.
He thought of someone incredibly important to him: Killua Zoldyck. The same monstrosity, the same kind of freak, only separated by a vast age difference.
'Absorbing an enemy's Nen... how did he develop such a monstrous ability?' Razor mused.
Nen abilities could be developed according to the user's will, but there was a prerequisite: the stronger the ability, the more difficult the conditions for activation. Loki's ability to absorb Nen was absurdly powerful, yet its activation seemed effortless.
It should have incredibly stringent conditions, yet Loki used it so casually. This was what truly shocked Razor. If he could use such a powerful ability so easily, imagine the terrifying power of an ability with truly harsh activation conditions.
"Is that your full power?" Loki asked, looking at the two Nen beasts beside Razor. "Aren't you going to recall them? Otherwise, you might not be able to withstand my next attack."
Razor's eyes flickered several times before he slowly lowered his hands.
"It's probably unnecessary," Razor said wryly. A kid who could withstand his attack with one hand, without even flinching, wouldn't be defeated even if he recalled all his Nen beasts. At best, it might force Loki to take a few steps back—pointless.
Loki's smile vanished; Razor's surrender was disappointing. He'd just begun to find it interesting.
"What a boring game!" Loki frowned, his displeasure evident.
Seeing Loki's anger, Razor couldn't help but say, "You win. I surrender."
Razor's surrender was completely unexpected.
Everyone was stunned. Tsezguerra was frozen in place; he hadn't even had to move, and they had won. It was too easy.
After the initial surprise, everyone looked at Loki. They understood: without Loki, victory against Razor, a powerful game developer, would have been extremely difficult. The fact that Loki had forced the game developer to surrender made him even more terrifying, especially since he was just a child.
Referee: "Since Razor's team has surrendered, the winner is Tsezguerra's team."
With that, Razor's Nen beasts disappeared. No one in the gymnasium had expected this outcome. While others rejoiced, Loki stood with his head down, gripping the ball, Nen surging from him, creating powerful gusts of wind. The joyful atmosphere vanished, replaced by a heavy tension.
Bang! Loki crushed the ball in his hand. He looked coldly at Razor. "You disappointed me, Razor!"
Razor looked at Loki. "Attacking the game developer has serious consequences."
"What consequences?" Loki asked.
Tsezguerra stepped forward. "Yohane Kurama, don't be impulsive. We won; that's enough."
Loki glanced at Tsezguerra and smiled. "Fine."
Recalling his Nen, Loki didn't turn away but looked at Razor. "I have a question. I hope you'll answer it."
"What is it?"
"How did you develop this game?"
This question from Loki made everyone crane their necks to look at Razor. No one wouldn't be curious about the development of a Nen user's game. Razor looked at Loki's expression—it wasn't a question but a demand. If he didn't answer, Loki would likely attack to vent his frustration.
'I can't satisfy this kid without answering,' Razor thought. But revealing the game's development process made him hesitate.
Loki took a step forward, approaching Razor, his icy gaze fixed on him. "How did you develop it?"
Buzz!!! Suddenly, Razor felt a terrifying presence in his mind—a gigantic eye, looking down on him, radiating killing intent and rage. Cold sweat broke out on Razor's face. Even Razor felt a wave of fear.
He looked up at Loki. "If you simply want to know how the game was developed, I can tell you."
Loki nodded. "Good."
After Loki left, Razor immediately contacted Don, another Greed Island developer.
"Inform the Association!" Razor said urgently. "The person who's been causing chaos for the Association is in Greed Island."
Loki went outside. They had completed the One-Gain Coastline event and could now proceed with the card acquisition mission, requiring their collective participation.
Hisoka silently glanced at Loki, saying nothing. Obtaining the card went smoothly, after which everyone separated. Bisky tended to the unconscious Gon. When Gon awoke, Bisky stood beside him, hands on her hips, and knocked him on the head.
"You're too slow!"
