JAY-JAY'S POV
With the development of time, it cannot be denied that social media has helped a lot. People know a lot because of this. They are updated more than what is shown on tv.
But sometimes it becomes too much. I believe that there are many strong-willed young people today, because they feel they know everything because of the help of Social Media. What used to be good is now becoming bad.
So now, I'm thinking of deleting my Messenger and Facebook. It won't do me any good. It destroys lives, is bad for health and most of all bad for the heart.
"Jay... Chew well first." Yuri said and handed me a drink. "You won't be able to understand that."
I ignored him and just continued eating the fishball. Someone dropped a paper plate full of barbecue in front of me. I looked up for a moment and saw David's raised eyebrows watching me.
He arranged the chair next to me and sat down. I immediately noticed the change in Yuri's mood. It was as if I suddenly felt heavy from him.
I simply looked at him who was currently looking at David badly. I looked on the other side but no one was there. He just got a barbecue and ate.
"You couldn't handle it?" He asked after swallowing the food.
I also got a barbecue. "I don't care about him."
"That's why you dropped your cellphone." Eman suddenly groped and also took a barbecue.
I almost threw my cellphone, after the King of Snakes chatted. Eman was walking right in front of me and he was the one who picked it up for me earlier.
I didn't speak after that. I didn't even open my Messenger. And during the time we have the remaining subjects to attend, I kept thinking about deleting that application from my cellphone.
"Just fainted. Slipped out of my hand." I answered before taking a bite.
"Chew first Jay." Yuri's reminder.
"What? I'm chewing." My voice was mixed with annoyance.
I took the drink he offered and quickly gulped it down. I feel the food drawing down my throat. Looks like I didn't chew properly.
It hurts more than a break up.
"More drinks?" Yuri asked and I quickly nodded.
He disappeared for a while to buy and he came back with a jug
"Where did that come from?" I asked in shock.
"From that..." Pointing at the woman selling coolers.
I didn't speak and just poured the drink. I felt great relief. That's why back to food. Felix arrived just in time with a paper plate full of Kikiam and Fishball. Rory came next with a paper plate full of calamares.
"Fuck!" I said before getting skewered.
"Gluttony." Mayo heard coming closer to us.
I looked at the mangoes and anchovies he brought.
"That's mime." At the same time pointing to his hand.
He intended to take it away from me, but David's hand was quick to grab what he was holding.
"Hey!" He said annoyed but Kit quickly pulled him away.
"Just buy again." He said and turned around in frustration to go back to where he bought it.
Each of them brought the crooked ones. They put almost everything on the table. My eyes lit up with the amount of choices.
Even if I have Hepa. It's fine.
"What do you think. Who attacked us last time?" Eren suddenly asked so we were silent and looked at him.
"Who else? There is a threat to Jay's life, there is only one left." Drew replied.
"It's Ram." I almost whispered.
"It's like he's impossible." Eren replied. "He knows that if he uses a gun, the authorities will be alerted. He will be caught faster."
His Ulupong fellows quickly agreed. They become cows again.
"Unless, he has someone on his back that is more powerful than the authority." David said so our eyes shifted to him but he turned to Rory. "Maybe Rory knows something."
Rory looked at him and pointed to himself. I don't understand what David was trying to convey and why he pointed to Rory. I know that Rory, Edrix's assistant, is good at finding information, but maybe he won't exceed the investigator's abilities.
"Nothing Pre." He answered sparingly.
I see David's simple smile before drinking....that's mine! "Hey, you're too hard to drink. You don't let me know." I said and he looked at me.
"Didn't I offer you barbecue, but take it." He scolded me and I got teased again from his fellow Ulupongs.
I just snorted. I was about to go back to eating when I noticed something. I looked at them one by one and only then did I prove that we were lacking.
"Where's Ci-N?"
The crooks immediately looked around to find Batang Kumag. I was suddenly nervous. Especially since we just finished talking about the enemy. Maybe someone has kidnapped him!
"Look for him! Maybe something happened to him!" I ordered and they quickly stood up to take a look at each store.
"Ci-N! Where were you again?!"
"Hey! Stunt! Get out!"
I also looked around at other stores but I didn't see any children wearing uniforms like ours
"Ci-N!" I called worried. "Hey, get out!"
But no matter what we called, no Ci-N came out. We have returned to our place earlier but he is still not there.
"Did you see?" I asked them.
"Not answering my calls either." David said and tried to call him again with his cell phone.
Whatever came to my mind. Playing with the idea that someone might kidnap him again. What if he might experience something more intense compared to what Mykel's group experienced.
"Here! Here! This is what we're looking for!" Blaster shouted as he pointed towards us.
Ci looked at us while walking closer. Still holding he has a napkin in both hands.
"Why?"
"Where were you?" There was concern in my voice.
"I chased the ice cream seller." He handed me the ice-cream. "I bought it for you too."
I slowly accepted the ice cream he was handing. I want to scold him because he worried about me but what does he know about my thoughts.
I just overreacted to losing him.
"Thank you." I said with no life.
He smiled sweetly at me. "Pay later. 20 pesos."
I winced. "I thought it was for free."
"Nothing is free these days. Life is hard."
You thought it was really hard.
"We wondered where you had been." David said.
Ci looked at him and smiled foolishly. "You missed me?"
David quickly frowned and teased loudly given by their neighbors Ulupong.
"I'm telling you!"
"It's your fault Kit!"
"Is that contagious? I'm going away!"
I just shook my head as they continued teasing the two. I just poured the ice cream because it was starting to melt.
I really thought something bad had happened to him. I can't help but think that it would be better if we were really together so that we could watch over each other.
After the teasing, we went back to what we were originally doing—eating. The teasing of the shameless is almost inexhaustible. We ended up talking about the exam and our waving grades. It's always obvious who's a liar and unfortunately, I am one of them.
I'm tired of it again.
The talk of grades turned to our future life in college. I can't help but be sad. I don't even know if we will make it because of the threat to our lives.
"Computer Engineering maybe." Edrix answered when asked about the course to be taken. "But I'm not sure yet, maybe I'll change my mind."
"Don't say you're going to follow Fre- si Friend?" Rory said we were surprised.
Edrix looked at him sharply but he just laughed in response. Their exchange of glances is meaningful, it is not enough to add insults. I know they are always together so I wouldn't be surprised if he knows something.
I feel like I know that friend.
"You David?" I asked the person next to me who was busy flicking Ci's forehead.
He looked at me first. "Psychology. I want to be a psychiatrist."
"Arrogant!" Eren commented so I looked at him.
"Hey you?"
"I want to be a Gynecologist." He answered proudly but he quickly got a strong slap on the back of the head from Kit.
Of course, with being affectionate.
"Get settled." Annoyed Kit said to him.
"You Jay?" Ci asked me.
I bit my lower lip. I haven't really thought of anything yet. I have many options but I don't know if I can handle them all.
"I haven't thought of anything yet."
"You're out of your mind." Felix answered quickly and the crooks laughed.
I threw a rock at him with a stick but he laughed at me even more. Not for nothing. There is something in my heart because I can see my future.
I bet to be a teacher.
That's why I'm probably going to beat up my student. In addition, my parents and fellow teachers complained about me. The ending is fired.
Right? My future is clear.
"Eman, obviously Culinary Arts." Denzel said.
"It might change too." Eman said. "That course is too easy for me."

"What are you planning on the plane?" Edrix asked him.
"Still mine. I'm going to learn to be a pilot." He answered while trying the stick catches the fishball on the paperplate.
What plane?
"I won't be surprised if Kei's gift is in the next country." Denzel couldn't continue what he had to say because of the elbows of the people next to him.
Even though they did that, what they said was still clear to my ears. Kei-kwanan gave a gift, to Ci-N. And if my guess is right, the plane was a gift to him.
Airplane. Flying. Big dear
"D-did you get a plane?" I asked in disbelief as I pointed at the little boy.
He nodded with a smile before scooping the sauce onto the paper plate.
"C-congrats. Ride with us when you have time." I said calmly.
I couldn't stand it. Airplane? Gift? Tangina, what is that? Made of paper? Is he that rich? It's like he's giving a toy as a gift. The cost of that plane is probably just a coin.
I guess I shouldn't be cruel to him anymore.
He might suddenly buy a nuclear bomb and blow me up while walking down the street.
"Look forward to your birthday present," Eren said, and I could clearly see the grimaces of his Ulupong friends, as if he were doing something bad.
"Don't even start."
"Not just a present—probably an entire eat-all-you-can restaurant, and then you'll eat alone," he said and laughed out loud.
Ci-N accompanied him as if he didn't understand that we were not happy with this one's joke. I feel like stabbing them with a stick.
Why are they like this?
"Do you want to go to the mall?" Calix asked while holding the cellphone.
"Mica is there, she and her groupmates are done."
We quickly agreed and set up. We left the two still laughing at their own antics.
"Put that away! Shame on you next time you eat!"
"We're going to report you! You didn't return the jug!"
"You are not a rich boy. Put that away."
The others said as they quickly walked away. The two immediately complained but they were not able to do anything as the salesmen near where we ate.
Even though this place is called Hepa Avenue, the surroundings are clean. Even those that have been eaten can't just be left alone.
"Wait! Wait for us!" Ci shouted.
But instead of waiting, the shameless ones ran. I felt Yuri's hand grab me by the wrist and forcefully pulled me to run. I was forced to run around to leave the two.
"Catch a shot!" Drew shouted so we ran even faster.
"Believe fool!" Blaster retaliated but no one noticed him.
"Listen Blaster, there's a sleeper!" Felix is shouting now laughter accompanied our run.
"Tangina Felix!" Blaster yelled angrily but only got louder our laughter.
"The first bag!" Ci intervened but David and Felix just raised their middle fingers.
"That really came from you!" Mayo said laughing.
Ci's furrowed brow became intense. I almost lost my breath because of the speed of running and was accompanied by laughter. So when we arrived at the Mall, we were leaning, sitting and lying down while panting.
People kept looking at us because we felt like we were at home. Like Denzel, Blaster and Drew lying in the middle where people pass by. Security immediately approached them and sent them away.
"Sister! Your panties are pink!" Drew yelled at the woman who passed in front of him before she got up.
"Naughty!" The woman shouted back.
Those who heard laughed because it still continued to walk despite their shouting.
Drew stood up while shaking the clothes. "Because when they pass in front of me, they have their cellphone number on their panties so that's the first thing I see."
"It's like you'll remember that right away." I said and I almost stared at him.
"Of course. Just talk about numbers." He was bragging.
"How about your debts to us?" I said sarcastically and he quickly turned away.
Look, it's really messed up.
I just snorted, but Mica, who was close to us, immediately caught my attention. She was walking while hugging the bag and two books.
"Baby!" Calix called while waving.
"Baby!" Mica greeted her boyfriend with a hug.
You thought you hadn't seen each other in ten years. Calix quickly kissed her forehead before facing us and greeting us one by one.
"Hi Jay-jay!" She was still waving while smiling sweetly.
"Hello, Micah." Greetings again.
After the greeting, the two talked about where they were going. While we were looking at the nearby restaurant.
"We're going to the bookstore, will you come with me?" Calix's announcement and his Ulupong fellows seemed to have a hard time denying or agreeing.
Obviously those who have no passion for bookstores. What are they going to do with it? They can't eat the book.
"Jay and I are together." Yuri answered so I glared at him.
He really chose me.
It was obvious that Yuri would not allow me to say no, so I just nodded.
In the end, the others had no choice but to go along. Apart from being separated from us, others have already mentioned dining. Especially when Calix said to eat after coming from the bookstore.
We have started led by jowa. I winced at how sweet they both are. Calix is always so worried that you think her partner is pregnant and the walking is rocky. Be very careful, you might trip and bump.
Wake up to the fact, nothing is forever!
"Hey! Kit! Wait for me!" Mayo said annoyed so I looked at him.
Here's one more!
Just in time, he also turned to me and suddenly a silly smile flashed from him.
"Here you are Kit!" At the same time he pulled Kit and put him aside. "Let's go together, for relationship goals. Let's make Jay-Jay jealous."
Kit turned to me for a moment and smiled. He shook his head before holding hands with Mayo.
Tangina, flirt!
I heard soft laughter and I just noticed that the shameless people were looking at me while they were laughing at me.
"Bitter na bitter."
"Don't trust."
"The intensity of the stubble."
My nostrils almost grew in annoyance with them. I winced because of so much annoyance. Until I looked at Ci-N who was staring at Kit and Mayo.
He touched the one next to him. "David! I want a relationship goal, too."
David quickly walked away as if he was too shocked by what the young man said. The Ulupongs who heard him laughed loudly.
"That's what I'm saying!" Eren said problematically.
Overacting aha.
"Give up!" Felix said and laughed out loud.
"I'm not surprised." Josh commented while shaking his head.
"Look Barbie!" Blaster shouted as he pointed to the toy store.
Their laughter was louder but Ci was still serious as he pressured David into that relationship goal.
"What are you?! What relationship goal are you there!" I said annoyed.
"Well, I want it too." He snorted.
"What is your relationship?!"
"Grandpa!" He answered quickly and his Ulupong fellows laughed a little.
David immediately kissed him. "What?!"
"Your back always hurts. You look like an old man. That's why you're Grandma and I'm Grandpa." He smiled widely. "Relationship!"
"My back is hurting because of the weight you have been carrying." David complained to him.
"You're old. Grandma Davud!" We laughed softly.
"If you're not old, carry me. For relationship goals."
Ci-N doesn't seem to know what relationship goals are. He was just doing what Kit and Mayo were doing but his trip was different.
David violently scratched his head but instead of giving in to Batang Kumag he just turned his back. Ci quickly took the opportunity and rode behind him again.
"Relationship goals!" He still shouted and we laughed loudly.
He still strangled David who was obviously struggling because of his weight. We were forced to push them just to move forward which made it more difficult for David.
"Fuck this! Get off me!"
Instead of helping him we just pissed them off more. We repeatedly pushed them while shouting.
