**Chapter 3**
**Issei PoV**
I walked back home, reeling in shock. My inner panic subsided after a while.
So what the hell is happening to me? I need to find this out, but who could answer my questions?
Before I knew it I had walked to the fountain where the dream was. No, this is the place where I died.
And suddenly I felt chills going up my back, just like with Yuuma!
But I was used to this, I whipped my head around and saw a man in a long coat with a fedora hat standing at the park's entrance.
Shit! Is he like Yuuma? But I need to do something, I can't die again.
Now I am sure I had died and the existence of the girl named Yuuma wasn't just a figment of my imagination.
"This is rare. To meet someone like you in a place like this."
"Someone like me? What do you mean by that?"
Although I was being humorous, I was panicking way too much on the inside.
"Hmph! Who is your master? He must be a person with low rank or a weird hobby to have this place as his territory, so who is he?"
What is he on about, Master? Territory? Hobby?
"I see, you are a racist. So you have a hate boner for just Japanese or for all Asians?"
Screw me, am I going to be uninstalled again?
"What? I am not racist! Wait! Why am I even telling you this? Tell me who your master is or else."
Well shit, my jokes didn't work. Time to put those years of training to use now.
Instinctively my hands came near my face, around six inches far from them and my eyes sharpened.
No matter how panicked I am, I still have that muscle memory.
"A lowly being putting up a fight? Wait, could it be that you are a stray? Yes, that would make sense! Well, then it won't be a problem if I kill you!"
What is he on about, just like Yuuma. Everyone is making their own assumptions, at least tell me what the weird terms mean.
As a blue spear of light appeared in his hands, I felt sweat roll down my brows.
He really is going to kill me, at least I got to glimpse Yuuma's assets last time. This time, well it's better if I don't see any assets.
"Hmph! Resist all you want, it all would be worthless down the line!"
"Fight me like a man! Don't fly, you bastard!"
"If that's your last wish!"
The man rushed at me, he was fast. But since my impromptu unaliving, I had somehow gotten faster, stronger, and better.
So I was able to at least see where he was going to attack. Well, one benefit of dying it would seem.
He threw his spear. According to his eyes and hands, the target was my face. I barely dodged, but still, it grazed me.
"That's all?"
Shit, it hurts like hell! Why is this hurting so much? This didn't hurt this much last time.
"Oho! You seem to have some iota of skill, it would seem. Too bad it's only an iota."
And with the vibration of air, another spear appeared in his hands.
Where's the skill timeout? No use crying I weaved the spear thrust this time and reached near him.
I have only got one shot at this, please whatever higher being is up there, give me some luck!
My left leg landed just before his. My hips twisted, transferring all my momentum to my right fist.
I felt the air being parted by my right fist. My left hand was clinched just below my ribs.
That man's spear was behind my back, so no danger from it, and his other hand wouldn't be fast enough to block my punch.
And I closed my eyes, please connect!
[DRAGON BOOSTER]
[BOOST!]
A heavy and ancient voice echoed. And I felt my strength double at that. I felt my fist get covered in something.
And then the impact happened. I felt the man's head give away and that too with a sickening crunch, which signified his jaw being pulverized.
He went flying like a ragdoll, mid-air he collided with one of the few maple trees in the park, and to my shock.
The tree's trunk broke and the man was buried beneath it.
"What was that? What is this!"
I said as I looked at my arm which was covered in some form of red gauntlet.
But first I needed to get away. I hid in one of the structures in the park, hoping I would get enough time to think or the man would just go away.
I didn't run away due to two reasons, he may be able to fly and just catch me instantly, and seeing what I had just done, made me confident that maybe, that just maybe, I could deal with him.
But first, let's see what happened to my arm. My hand and the majority of my arm was covered in the red gauntlet.
It had a bright green orb or jewel on the back side of my palm and two golden spikes at its end, near my elbow.
What is this? Is this the sacred gear Yuuma talked about?
[You are correct, wielder. This is indeed a Sacred Gear, but even among them, this is one of the best. This is the 'Boosted Gear', one of the Thirteen Longinuses. It houses the soul of the Welsh Dragon, that is me!]
Wait, what? Can you hear my thoughts?
[I can do that, wielder. Now what are your plans for dealing with the Fallen?]
Fallen? That guy is a fallen? Whatever. I need to know what my sacred gear can do and how to beat that fallen!
[The Boosted Gear can double your power every ten seconds, as you can see from the performance in simple terms. As for beating a Fallen? This is a mundane task for a Boosted Gear wielder. You have damaged him enough. One good hit should do the trick.]
That's good to hear, so any long-range attacks?
[It will take three Boosts to use it. I don't think you could aim it correctly. It would be a waste.]
Don't worry about my aim, just get that ready.

Just then I felt the structure give away. I jumped, I jumped way higher than I thought I could.
Oh, my power was doubled, and I needed to stall for at least twenty seconds. Alright, Issei, do your best!
"You… l-ihh'll die… Verminnn…"
My god, ouch, is he gargling on cement? And then I got a good look at his wings.
[BOOST!]
Oh shit, his wings were twisted and bloodied, and his jaw was hanging like a loose electrical socket.
That's the result of my punch? That's nightmare fuel!
"Could you repeat that without chewing on marbles?"
He screamed, and limped towards me, his left leg wasn't doing very well.
"Yooouuu...t'ookk...ev'rythin..."
"My dude, the only thing I took was your dental plan and maybe your dignity, don't oversell it!"
Shit, I need some more time.
[BOOST!]
Alright, only one good chance, and then I can be my normal self and get the hell out of here.
"Boosth?...Youu habe, the Booshted Jear? I musth… Kill you….!!!"
Like a deranged zombie, he ran at me, his blue spears coming at me lightning fast. I needed to create an opening, so I couldn't take a wrong shot.
I have got only one chance to survive, I need to take the risk!
Without caring for my health I rushed closer to the hobbling fallen. Two spears grazed me, and it hurt like hell but was somewhat bearable.
As my durability was also doubled.
[BOOST!]
Just in time, I ducked under his thrust and my right fist had a red orb steadily growing in power.
*Gahh!*
But it seems he was fast enough to make another spear, damn it!
[Dragon Shot!]
The orb ricocheted and hit his stomach. The flesh around his abdomen twisted and he was again thrown back, and this time before he could break a tree,
He exploded.
Damn, that was so cool, but it seems I am going to die again. The last spear had managed to stab my stomach.
Hey, Welsh Dragon, is he dead?
[Yes he is! Wielder, don't faint! Your durability is far higher, you can survive!]
The voice from my arm which sounded in my head said it was followed immediately by another shout.
[BOOST!]
I felt a little better, but my eyes still closed.
"It was nice knowing you, Welsh Dragon."
I said as the feeling of darkness once again enveloped me, and this time it felt far more comfortable.
[Wielder! Don't faint! Fight through it!]

**Third Person PoV**
Just as Issei closed his eyes, the red gauntlet vanished from his arm, and quickly after that.
A red magic circle appeared in the air, out of which three people walked out.
All three of them were women, the ones who had been discussing matters earlier in the old school house.
"I sense a lot of draconic and light energy in the air."
Koneko said.
"Who would have thought that he would come into contact with a fallen angel? And he even managed to beat him?"
"He will die if we don't do anything, Buchou."
Koneko said as she eyed the dead fallen body. It was only half present.
Everything from above his waist was blown away, even the blood was vaporized and the wound was cauterized.
The only proof that he was a fallen, was the leftover black feathers from his wings.
"How did he do that, Rias?"
Akeno asked Rias, who was stunned seeing the state of the body.
"He must possess an incredible sacred gear, that's all we can say for now. As for him dying? I won't let him, this boy is mine!"
Rias said as she bent over Issei and ruffled his hair.

**Issei PoV**
"This boy is mine!"

"Why do I feel dejá vu? And please shut up!"
I muttered as I snoozed the alarm clock. I loved the message it gave, but sometimes it could get irritating.
And all of a sudden whose boy did I become?
Wait! Where am I? Like a repeat of the previous time, I jumped out of my bed and saw my room.
But this time I was naked. Wait! Why am I naked?
I decided that wearing my boxers and pants was better so I did that and then looked around my room.
And again there was no sign of a wound on my stomach, this time I was sure I was stabbed.
My eyes landed on my bed and it was slowly rising and falling.
I slowly reached near it and lifted it to see Crimson… and then skin. Lots of skin.
Oh my God! Are those real? They are humongous!

I reined my desires in and then looked at the face hidden in the crimson locks.
It was my senpai from school, Rias Gremory. The school idol.

And then with a smile on her face, she said.

She said as she finished wearing her shoes and then vanished in a crimson glow.
"Was that a magic circle, Welsh Dragon?"
