Four distinct forms of Qi exist in this world: 'Foul Qi,' 'Unpure Qi,' 'General Qi'—also called 'Pure Qi'—and finally, 'Advance Qi.'
Foul Qi is to be avoided at all costs; its impure essence is laced with negative energy capable of tainting the mind and harming the body. Once a cultivator use it to build his foundation he will either get killed by the poisonous Qi or starting to lose his mind and become a madman.
Unpure Qi, as the name implies, carries impurities—unstable energies mingled within. While it may allow swift cultivation, the foundation it offers is weak, eventually hindering one's ability to ascend to the next realm but still it is not harmful for a person's life or his mind.
General Qi, or Pure Qi, on the other hand, represents a completely unblemished energy source, favored by most cultivators. It establishes a stable and strong foundation, albeit with a slight delay cultivation speed compared to its Unpure counterpart because of difficulty in absorbing and controlling it.
Advance Qi reigns as the most formidable type; pure as well, like General Qi but power of this Qi is atleast two times stronger, it demands significant time to cultivate. Even then, success isn't guaranteed, but those who can harness it will emerge significantly stronger than peers cultivating other forms in the same realm. Yet, only a few are capable of achieving this.
Visually, each Qi type exhibits a unique hue: Foul Qi appears gray, reflecting its negative essence; Unpure Qi shines pink; Pure Qi glimmers a light blue, and Advance Qi radiates pure white.
In this realm, one must absorb Qi from the surroundings. Upon gathering, the Qi begins to form circles near the Dantian and cultivator must control this Qi to form twenty five circles. once twenty-five circles are achieved, the path to the next minor realm opens.
The second realm, known as the Plate Condensing Realm, involves transforming these mana circles into plates. Here, focus is paramount as each circle must be directed into the Dantian, one by one, from those twenty-five circles, you must forge ten plates, which will serve as the foundation of your core. During the process if you are not careful you might construct a cracked plate and that will result in a weaker Core than you should have.
Now, Core formation realm in which you are tasked with the creation of your very own core. Once you successfully forge this core, you will ascend to the rank of a Bronze Core Realm cultivator. The process begins by enveloping your ten plates in a shroud of mana. Start by crafting a layer around these plates, and then nurture this layer, strengthening it until it melds seamlessly with the plates themselves. When this protective cocoon adopts a complete circular form infused with vigor, it will transform into your Mana Core.
With this achievement, you will embark on your journey as a cultivator, unlocking newfound strengths. However, these foundational realms may not yield monumental leaps in power; instead, they will confer subtle enhancements. Yet, their significance cannot be overstated, as the essence of your cultivation hinges on your core. The greater the qi you absorb, the more resplendent and potent your core will become, setting the stage for your future growth.
