But after the Third Great Ninja War, all five villages had signed a non-aggression pact. Why would they start another war now?

Though his body was frail, he exuded the overwhelming presence of a true leader. He could already sense two powerful chakra signatures within the village—immense, ominous, and full of malevolence.
The oppressive aura Hiruzen released made the ANBU shinobi tremble, a cold bead of sweat running down his forehead. He immediately responded with respect:"Yes, sir!"
Even just a trace of the Hokage's chakra was enough to make breathing difficult—terrifying!
The Hokage was known for his gentle, grandfatherly image. Many had forgotten that, in his youth, he was the strongest shinobi of his time—a true Kage-level powerhouse.

"Hokage-sama, look out!"The ANBU's face changed drastically. He leapt in front of Hiruzen, short blade drawn, staring at the door with unwavering focus. He could feel it—a pair of scarlet eyes watching him. His hairs stood on end.
In a flash, several ANBU appeared, all drawing their weapons and standing protectively in front of the Third Hokage.
"Hokage-sama, please be cautious. This person is extremely dangerous," one warned.As the sound of footsteps grew louder, the ANBU's breathing became heavier. Sweat poured down his body, and his grip on his blade trembled. His back was soaked through.
Those eyes… carried pure killing intent.The power behind them seemed strong enough to crush his heart with a glance.
This presence… the intruder must be Kage-level!
Though Hiruzen was a Kage himself and didn't need protection, the ANBU revered him. If they could resolve this without his intervention, they would.
Hiruzen exhaled a puff of pale smoke. Feeling the ever-intensifying chakra, his brow furrowed slightly. He was mildly intrigued by the person approaching.
The chakra was indeed powerful—nearly on par with his own—but not enough to make him feel threatened.
Creak—The office door swung open.
Under everyone's watchful gaze, a young man stepped inside. He had long, flowing black hair like a waterfall, wore a black kimono, and held a katana etched with violet patterns. His body bore no signs of blood—but the heavy stench of blood clung to him, clear proof that he had slaughtered many shinobi on his way here.
"Th-Those eyes… are those the Sharingan?"
"Sharingan? Then… he's from the Uchiha clan?"
All eyes fell on the young man—Uchiha Aki—and ultimately settled on his strange, blood-red eyes, adorned with intricate patterns.
They were the Sharingan!
"You… Uchiha Aki!" Hiruzen's expression changed instantly.
The intruder wasn't from one of the Five Great Nations—or even a small village. It was the last remnant of the Uchiha Clan, the S-Rank rogue ninja—Uchiha Aki!
Disappointment and anger flashed through Hiruzen's aged eyes."So you've truly chosen the wrong path… and turned against the village? You've let me down in the end!" he scolded.
Aki frowned slightly.What the hell was this old dog rambling about?

Aki's blade trembled slightly—he was about to strike.
"Hokage-sama, please step back. Scum like him isn't worthy of your attention. Leave this to us!"
In an instant, the ANBU vanished, cold gleams of steel flashing through the air. Their blades slashed toward Uchiha Aki, every strike aimed at a vital point. These weren't just any shinobi—they were hardened elite warriors.
"Uchiha trash like you dares show your face before the Hokage?"
"You got away last time, but your sister is already dead. No one will save you today!"
But in a single moment, Aki's eyes glinted coldly—and a massive gravitational force crushed down on the room. The ANBU were slammed to the ground like livestock, unable to rise.
"What… what is this gravity?"
"Never seen a technique like this… Could it be a Kekkei Genkai?"
The ANBU were pinned down in disbelief, unable to move a muscle—not even a twitch of a finger.
Creak—Their bones began to groan under the pressure, cracks appearing across their limbs. Blood sprayed from their mouths as they were slowly crushed by the overwhelming force.
"If I'm just a remnant… then what does that make you, who lost to a remnant?"Aki's gaze was indifferent as he looked down at them.
He clenched his hand tighter—and the pressure intensified.
BOOM—!!
"Ahhhh!!! Go ahead and kill us, but you'll never leave this village alive! The Uchiha will be wiped out completely!"
Screams pierced the air like slaughtered pigs. The ANBU's bodies exploded, blood and bone splattering across the floor.
"Uchiha Aki, your bloodlust is out of control. Do you really think turning on the village for the sake of the Uchiha is worth it? Haven't you learned what it means to protect the village—what it means to carry the Will of Fire?"Hiruzen's anger surged as he saw the slaughter. His chakra erupted, shaking the entire building.
He could sense Aki's strength—but so what? As the Hokage, he had faced countless storms.
"Sensei was right. The Uchiha are a naturally cursed clan. We'll never see eye to eye. I regret not killing you myself back then!"Hiruzen bit his finger and slammed it against the ground.
POOF—A cloud of white smoke appeared, revealing a humanoid monkey.
It was the most powerful summoning beast—Enma, the Monkey King!
"Hiruzen, I told you back then—this kid's hatred runs too deep. If he ever gains power, he'll be a threat to the village."Enma glanced at Aki, then turned to Hiruzen."You were too soft. You felt guilty about the Uchiha massacre. That's why you didn't hunt him down back then."
Hiruzen ignored Enma. His sharp gaze fixed on Aki.
"You can't let go of your hatred. That disappoints me more than anything. Today, as Hokage, I'll clean up this mess once and for all!"
"Hiruzen… you've got your priorities backward. Fine. Let's see if you can still bark like that on your deathbed," Aki said with a cold, contemptuous smile. His eyes flashed with murderous intent.
He unleashed a surge of terrifying sword aura, cutting through everything around him, and just as he stepped forward with a Shunpo—
"Grandpa Hokage… what's happening to the village!?"
A surprised voice rang out.
Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno stood at the doorway. They had come to report on a mission when they saw massive summoning beasts appear out of nowhere.
But what shocked them even more was that the entire Hokage building was empty. Bloodstains covered the floor—yet not a single corpse was in sight!
