Just as they clashed, a whistling sound pierced the still air. An arrow from nowhere tore through the sky and struck the monarch realm cultivator from behind before he could react.
Blood burst out as the arrow embedded itself deeply. His body trembled, frozen in place by shock.
The monarch realm cultivator was stunned and quickly turned to look in the direction of the attack, only to see another arrow racing through the air toward him.
Before he could react, he was pierced by the arrow once more.
He also sensed something from behind. Upon turning to look, he noticed that Kranos had finished destroying both of the rod attacks.
Kranos looked at him coldly, and in the next moment, he moved without hesitation. The time sword in his hand emitted a chilling light as he activated the Time Movement Technique together with the Heaven and Earth Movement Technique.
