Chapter 41 - What Do I Face To Build My Family?

"What the heck??? Jay!" Talia screamed at the top of her voice, zooming to the glass that separated the kitchen from the living room. She entered the kitchen and went like she wanted a fish supper.

"Well, if it isn't Stacie Hudson." She stared at her with venom.

"Didn't you have any idea it was my house? I think that's why we do proper checking before we date a guy. Quite odd. Girls like you who are struggling to go further in your education process are only after something to get over the stress - boys. Boys like Jayden who you don't know where in the world they came from!" She added, eyes still locked with Stacie's.

"It's about time you stop pokenosing into other people's affairs. I watched a movie where a couple were having a passionate time and the sister just walks off, not bothering. Why can't you just do same?" Stacie folded her arms, looking authoritative.

"You're not even wearing a bra!" She poked her nipple with her finger.

"What do you think of yourself? That you can just come and seduce my brother? Your family are so shameless! Your brother Cade did quite same, and now we're stuck with a child we never wanted! Well, I want her now, but a bitch named Isla Sinclair is not willing to give my daughter to me!!!" Talia yelled in her face.

"Talia Evans, you're crossing the line. Don't you dare talk about my brother or family in that manner!" She Drew closer to her.

"So what are you gonna do about it then?" Her hands went to a fork and Jayden held her before she could pierce it into Talia.

"Stacie, control yourself." He faced his sister.

"Talia, it will do me very good if you stop talking to Stacie in this rude manner. She's human too, a better human than you are!"

"Oh. Did Stacie provide the roof over your head?"

"I never needed your house! I never needed any of your stuff to survive!" Jayden snapped.

"Go away, then. Use the door."

"I'd be happy to. Send my stuff to the apartment as soon as possible." He held Stacie's hand, took his bag and they walked out of the house.

"Hey, let me pick up my bra...."

"Dora!!!" She flew into her arms and they hugged tight.

"I've missed you so much, Isla!" She made a cute face.

"The feeling's mutual my darling."

"But I know you understand why you're hiding. I'm only trying to save you from the evil clutches of that psycho of a mom you have!" Isla told her, kneeling in front of her.

"And guess what, in a few days, you'll be back home with us." Dora's smile faded.

"Why? I like it here! Lindsay is so nice! Her husband plays with me a lot. Why am I leaving so soon?" She questioned.

"Actually, your daddy and I need to start making our wedding plans." Her eyes glittered.

"Wedding plans?? Woohoo!!!" She screamed.

"We need to have you around, because we'll be preparing to start a family. And in these few days, the woman you hate so much will be out of our lives. For now. Because I'll sign her up at a hospital where she'll be well taken care of. When she's okay, I'm sure she won't have the goal to ruin our happy family." Dora smiled, her expression filled with content.

"It's such a good thing, right?" The doorbell rang abruptly.

"Where's Lindsay? Doesn't she have any maids to go check the door out?" A cook ran out of the kitchen towards the door and they looked to see who it was.

Some people were showing their identification cards.

"Who are those?" They peeped and their eyes widened.

"Who are they here for?"

"You ma'am. Isla Mirabelle Sinclair. You need no introduction." The cook pointed out.

"What?" Isla walked over to the police officers.

"Is there a problem?"

"You are invited to come over for interrogation." One of them said. Isla followed them without asking questions. She knew it could be Talia's doing when she ran from the psychiatrists.

"Lindsay! Isla was just taken away by some policemen!!" Dora yelled, panicking.

The news went viral on social media.

★★★INTERROGATION ROOM★★★

"Isla Mirabelle Sinclair. You've been accused for the murder of your ex husband, Jake Hollidae and you're the prime suspect because you had a lot against him!"

"What? How could I harm him? I had issues with the guy and our marriage didnt work out. We stopped contacting and the day he rushed me to the hospital, he told me that..."

She thought for a while before speaking.

"He told me that Rhea Sinclair was threatening him not to reveal her secret!"

"How are we supposed to believe that? The evidences we have prove that you still hold a grudge."

"WHAT EVIDENCE? WHO IS FEEDING YOU LIES???" She roared.

The holiday house, nestled in a picturesque coastal town, was a haven of luxury and relaxation, where Rhea Sinclair, the renowned supermodel, had indulged in a well-deserved break from the spotlight. Perched on a hillside, the house boasted breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean, its waves gently lapping against the shore below.

As Rhea stepped into the house, she was enveloped in a sense of serenity. The interior design was a masterful blend of modern elegance and rustic charm, with expansive windows that framed the stunning vistas outside. The spacious living areas were adorned with plush furnishings, inviting Rhea to sink into their comfort and unwind.

Rhea spent countless hours basking in the warm sun, sipping champagne, and indulging in decadent spa treatments. The deck's infinity pool seemed to melt into the ocean, creating an illusion of swimming among the clouds. As she lounged on the sun-drenched deck, Rhea felt her worries melting away, her skin glistening with a golden glow.

The house's private beach, accessible via a winding staircase, was another haven for Rhea. She spent hours strolling along the shoreline, collecting seashells, and watching the sunset paint the sky with hues of pink and orange. The sound of the waves and the cries of seagulls created a soothing melody that lulled Rhea into a state of deep relaxation.

As the stars began to twinkle in the night sky, Rhea would retreat to the house's cozy movie room, where she'd indulge in her favorite films, snuggled up in plush blankets. The house's state-of-the-art entertainment system and gourmet kitchen allowed her to unwind and recharge, enjoying her favorite cuisine and drinks in the comfort of her own private sanctuary.

The holiday house was a haven where Rhea Sinclair could escape the pressures of her high-profile life, reconnect with nature, and rediscover her inner peace. As she gazed out at the endless ocean, Rhea felt grateful for this little slice of paradise, where she could simply be herself, without the scrutiny of the world.

Isla's head lay tiredly on the table.

A familiar, deep, husky masculine voice outside drew her attention.

"Release Isla, right now. I know who did it, and I'm backing with evidence."

"Very well then. We'll have her freed once you sign the necessary papers."

"I need to have a talk with her - first." She heard the footsteps, and the voice already spoke for itself it wasn't Cade.

Her sleepy eyes flew open, and she saw terror standing before her.

"What the ..."
