Xiao Yan smiled and shook his head.
"Then let me ask you—what is the true conflict between the Serpent People and humans? Especially the Jia Ma Empire?"
The crowd froze.
Only the elder showed understanding.
"Interests," he said."Land."
"Exactly."
Xiao Yan nodded.
"After joining the Yan Alliance, Serpent People will receive support from countless alchemists. Pills once considered priceless treasures will become ordinary resources."
"You will have the same access to pills as humans."
The hall fell silent.
With pill support, the Serpent People would grow vastly stronger. The probability of producing top-tier experts would skyrocket.
Seeing this, Xiao Yan continued smoothly.
"Additionally, I can allocate exclusive territory for the Serpent People within the Yan Alliance."
"Within ten years, your lands will be three times larger—or more—than they are now."
