Ciara stretched her hands as she waited for her opponent Maya to come down to the floor.
She flipped her hair away from her right eye before tying it into a ponytail to give a wider range of vision,she had to give it her all.
Her opponent came down and the announcer started the match.
Maya shot out her vines at Ciara but Ciara waved her hand and circular ice blades sliced the vines. She didn't stop, planting her hands on the floor, nothing seemed to happen till vines shot out where Ciara was standing.
She rose up an ice pillar and stood on top stopping the vines from reaching her,she jumped down the ice pillar and shot out multiple blades from it.
Maya made a vine shield,she brought down the shield and ran towards Ciara,when she got close enough,she threw a punch at her, Ciara blocked it but the force pushed her back a bit.
Ciara kicked her back,she sent a stream of water towards her,pushing her back,Maya gained her stability and shot multiple vines towards her,Ciara covered the ground with multiple icicles,which pierced the vines.
Maya made two vine whips, holding it on both her hands she tried to grab Ciara but she made an ice wall surrounding her,the vines couldn't get past the wall.
Ciara sent the same wall she had used to protect herself straight towards Maya but she used a vine to raise herself from the floor.
The ice wall collided into the wall and shattered. The vine holding Maya released her and she dropped to the floor. She looked at Ciara"You're good"
Ciara didn't respond but massaged her wrist.
Maya didn't seem too fazed by this,she ran towards Ciara attempting to kick her but Ciara blocked her kick by creating a pillar of ice at her left then pushed the pillar forward taking Maya along with it.
Ciara created an ice hand and sent it towards her,the hand flew towards Maya who attempted to make a vine shield,the hand was too fast for her and she didn't have enough time to make the shield.
The force of the punch sent her flying backwards into a wall,she stayed down for a second before standing up gradually.
She hadn't even stood up completely,
Ciara covered Maya with an ice dome,she closed her hands and multiple blades were sent at Maya.
The fact that she was already weak didn't help as the multiple blades hit her ceaselessly.
Ciara brought down the dome, leaving a weak Maya who was struggling to stand,she stumbled a little then attempted to run but Ciara covered her waist down with ice preventing her from moving.
"You can give up now because as far as I'm concerned this match is over"
Maya glared at Ciara,the ice rose up her waist freezing her arms and creeping to her neck.
"Give up or your whole body will be covered in ice"
Maya glared at her before she rose up her hand and gave up although reluctantly.
Ciara freed her once she had done so and the announcer declared her the winner of the match.
She glanced at the cheering crowd,her eyes landed on Evette who was smiling at her before she looked at Maya again then ascended the stairs to meet her friends.
"Nice job Ci, didn't doubt you for a second"Evette smiled.
"Thank you,E"she smiled back before leaving them.

Ciara found herself back where she had first met Rielle.
"You're here"she snapped her head to the source of the voice,she saw Rielle making her way towards her.
She stopped beside her then spoke
"Nice job winning your match"
"Thank you"
"And as promised,I'll tell you everything you need to know"
Ciara nodded.
"You know I died in a battle against Alaster,his soul has been attached to your uncle because of forbidden magic,when a supreme god dies,a magic gem is created,in this case we died but the Fates made it possible that we could come back to our life"
"How?"
"They turned our bodies to statues and when we have our magic gems we'll come back to life,our souls reuniting with our bodies by inserting the magic gem into the statues,your friend already has two of the gems,the ones belonging to Ezra and Mila"
"My friend?"Ciara was confused.
"Yes,the black haired one,he doesn't know because the magic is sealed to protect him,but the seal will soon be removed,once you have a magic gem,you can locate other ones,your uncle has already started going for the closest one because he has his own"she stared at the river.
"Which is?"
"My magic gem,we can't let them have it"To this Ciara nodded.
"How do you know my mother?"
"The Fates attached my soul to you,she knew but didn't tell anyone to protect you,I appeared to her on various occasions,we became quite familiar with each other,her heart was pure and clear,she loved you only wanted the best for you and her family"
"What truly happened to her"
"She had an argument with your uncle,he believed his father never loved him and gave him little of his inheritance,he didn't know his father told your father to keep the rest for him until he desperately needed it and Alaster deceived him into kidnapping your parents feeding him lies,fueling his desire for revenge"
"So your saying this Alaster is brainwashing my uncle"
"Yes,when your parents were kidnapped,I tried to save them but because I don't have my body,I couldn't because Alaster told Layton to lock them in a prison underground, there's a spell of forbidden magic on that prison,as far as Alaster's soul still exists,the prison will be always be locked also I can't stay for long in my spirit"
"Can I save them?"
"Yes,you can by defeating Alaster after all your friends awaken"
Ciara nodded hope blooming in her heart.
"From what I know,he wants to open the door to the creatures of the forbidden realm but he can't until he has five magic gems"
"So we have to make sure,he doesn't have up to five"
"Yes,there are seven souls apart from Alaster whose souls have been attached"
"Seven"she looked at her"that's a lot"
"Yes,Ezra and Mila are in your black haired friend,Fiera is in Evette,Rena is in Aviva,Rhea is in the brunette,I'm in you and Kyrios is in a dark fae,we need you guys to get out gems and help us restore our bodies,it won't be easy I guarantee you but you can do it that's why the Fates put us in you"
"If my uncle has already started going for your gem,why are we still here?"
"Mila has already informed the high priest to tell the royals about this,they'll keep it a secret,it's the only way to protect the kingdom,they'll send you and your friends after it before Alaster gets them all"
"You're disappearing,your time to stay is up"
Rielle nodded"I might not be able to talk to you for a while after this but the high priest will tell you everything you need to know but I'm glad I told you about your mother,don't worry she's fine,once all of this is over and Alaster's soul is gone,you'll meet her"
She disappeared leaving Ciara alone as she stared at the water processing all she had heard.
